I went through the drive thru and had a coupon. I was told my total was $15 BEFORE knowing the final total with the coupon included. When i got to the window to ask what my final total was the guy rolled his eyes at me and closed the window. I wanted to pay in cash so i wanted to know my new total after the discount was included. What’s so wrong with asking that? he then told me it was $12 with an attitude and gave me my food aggressively rolling his eyes again. i get we all have bad days but if you’re working customer service you gotta know how to control that.

Worst Wendy’s. They always take a million years to get the order ready.
It's been quite awhile since I've had a Frosty at Wendy's. I pulled up to the drive-in and order a large Frosty only. As I proceeded behind other cars and pulled up to the window I saw a large cup sitting near the window, the guy looked at me, turned around and proceeded to pack other orders. After waiting approximately a minute I beeped my horn he walked over, turned his back again as the Manager appeared and ask what I ordered. I told him I believe my Frosty was sitting near edge of window. He handed it to me, no apology, I pulled off noticed Frosty had melted quite a bit. Vowed never to go again.
Warm place to sit, but when I got my sandwhich the bun was really cold. I told the pregnant lady who worked there and she just walked away from me not saying anythinh. Finally a younger guy working the drive thru helped me out. I got my new sandwhich. The chicken was warm and the bottom bun was warm but the top bun was really cold again. I went to talk to the manager (man with curly hair). He told me it was my fault because I left the sandwhich on the counter when I was in the bathroom! Seriously? I asked for a refund but another lady just gave me warm buns...finally. When I went to my table they started laughing. What an awful place. They make the buns cold and then the manager blamed me, the customer, instead of apologizing, taking accountability and making it right. The atmosphere here sucks. No one smiles and they look like they hate their job. No wonder they treat the customers bad.

I mean, it's Wendy's so I'm not gonna downgrade it for being Wendy's. I'm gonna compare it to other Wendy's. The negative is getting in and out of this place is kind of annoying. There's very limited space it just seems like a weird place for a restaurant to be but the people that work there seem to be nice and I've never had any problems except for when they tell you to pull up and wait for your food so they can service the other people in the drive-through which might be something that ends up helping everybody, but I don't know. I've never worked in a drive-through. Overall it's a good wendy's

This Wendy’s is so slow that they ask every car in the drive-thru to park by the door so the automated system doesn’t report how slow they are to corporate.
It doesn’t matter if you are the only customer, they are going to take a long time, run it out to your car, then run back in so you have to go inside when they mess up the order.

first of all, i simply went to go order at a drive thru right? people not giving one about what you say, just add the food and whatever bla bla bla. special instructions: add. different. sauces.
the people added: bbq, bbq, bbq and more bbq.?
the sodas were supposed to be coca-cola, but they gave me coca-cola vanilla? or dr. pepper. i’m not sure, the service is absolutely horrible, the food they gave me was the wrong sandwich when i ordered a chicken sandwich i had received one with bacon and no chicken whatsoever. wouldn’t recommend it!
