Food was decent, but the service (for as little staff as they had) seemed to ignore anyone who was inside and waiting on orders. Got dirty looks from employees when waiting patiently for my food (which took nearly 25 minutes to come out). When asked if I could get my drink cup after they finally gave it to me, they silently just gave it to me with a look that seemed to say “go away.” Did not provide napkins or even a straw either (neither of which seemed to be available for customers to get out on the floor either). I don’t mean to sound like a “Karen,” but I felt uncomfortable going to this location and doubt I’ll be back again anytime soon.

Worst Wendy’s ever.Even one star is not worth for their service.Went in there multiple times.Every-time they keep missing an item or else gives me a wrong one instead of what i order.No excuses nothing. Worst and this Wendy’s doesn’t even need to exist.Fire them all

I thought my bill was a little expensive. When I got down the street, I realized I did not receive a receipt, so I could not verify. The chili was good, the burgers were very small and uneventful. Maybe Rockville prices are higher than other metro areas.🤷🏾‍♂️ Probably won't be back to this location.

We ordered the Krabby Patty menu that they launched for SpongeBob's anniversary. The burger was good, but there was nothing on the menu that referenced Spongebob, it was like eating any other burger. Not a single drawing, nothing

Today we went to the Wendy’s drive through because my 6 year old was so excited about the krabby patty sponge bob meal , so we ordered it and he was so disappointed and upset because they didn’t give him the meal in a box like it’s advertised they just give it to you in a bag, the whole experience was to get the krabby meal in the box and everything but no they don’t give you a box just in case ya expecting it.

My job requires me to travel a lot and I definitely heavily recommend this Wendy’s if you are in the Bethesda, Potomac, and Rockville area! Always top quality service and food from this location.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. My friends and I ordered 2 orders of 20-piece chicken nuggets around 10:00 pm on a Monday. We originally wanted to split each order between two flavors, but there was confusion with the cashier, and they almost charged us for 60 nuggets. To make it easier, we settled on two orders of 20 nuggets, each with one flavor.

In the drive-through, we were rushed out and didn’t even get a receipt. On my way home, I opened the bag and found only two small containers—one with 8 nuggets and the other with 10. We were short 12 nuggets! It was late, and without a receipt, we couldn’t go back to contest the order.

The nuggets themselves tasted good, but the customer service experience wasn’t worth $22 for only 18 pieces. After living in this area for years, this is the last time I’ll visit this location.
