I had a Mobile order and when I came through the window I didn’t get all my sauces. Some Hispanic dude thought I was asking for extra sauce and I told him I paid for my sauce and showed him the receipt. He walked away rudely and made it seem like I was stealing. He got his so called manager because he didn’t want to look on my receipt and gave me the 2 sweet and sour sauce I ordered instead he wanted to make this very difficult and very uncomfortable for me. I always come to this Wendy before work and never been treated this way. Very disgusting behavior

Came in to order my food and there was one person In front of me. I noticed that the young lady at the register (the only one on the registers) had an attitude. The person in front of me orders cookies and a drink I believe and while that was being order because she started to move to get a bag another customer approached the counter and asked for a refill she then said huh like 2 times to hear the customer and he repeated himself 2 more times asking for a refill she then said No and backed away from him he then stood there in disbelief and walked away and seen that there was 2 other employees sitting down having a discussion one had a computer. I then turn to look to see if the person got his cookies so I can move up she wraps the cookies up and gives them to him and he then asks her for a bag she huffs and gives him a bag. I then walk up and say my order and all she said to me was okay you can swipe.. I just looked at her because she said it with a tone that was unnecessary!!! She didn’t repeat the order just said you can swipe and walked away I’m assuming she was starting to pack my food. I get my drink and just walk away. As I am walking away the guest who wanted a refill comes back to the front exchanged some words to the young lady I see her head move in a no direction and then a manager stepped in and gave him the refill.. I wish I asked her for her name but she didn’t have a name tag or maybe I didn’t see it but on the receipt it’s states that Martha took my order.. I say all this to say that maybe the register is not her strong suit and shouldn’t be at the front. I know I won’t be going back to this location due to her attitude which is sad because the food was delicious hot and ready!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample room in the dinning area, the tables and chair could be moved around to accommodate if ever neec arose AND the hall leading to the rest rooms is wide enough for a wheelchair & a person to passby.

First they gave us the wrong coffees,then they forgot one of our drinks. It took them 30 minutes to get our order out. Micheal was super rude (our server). And we just found a hair in our food.

I came hungry after work to get a delicious meal from Wendy’s. I spoke to mister Suresh (cashier) and I ordered my food. I also asked him to give me fresh parties for my burger. He said I should wait for 10 minutes. I said I was ok with it then Rosemary the lady who was then cooking my food scowled at me. I didn’t understand why but I just wanted to get a fresh meal and reward myself after work. After 5 minutes mister Suresh said that my food was ready to eat. I inspected my meal and I noticed that it was burned and I asked him to remake it. He refused to make it right and instead he said he would give me my money back. Then the lady that was cooking my food at the grill was unprofessional and disrespectful she told me to go to another restaurant if I didn’t want it. And I asked her respectfully to not talk to me like that that I was only asking to get a fresh and hot meal since I earned it. Then I asked what was the cashier’s name so I can fill out a survey with detail names and information then Mister Suresh said don’t threat me. Which I wasn’t, I just wanted to explain in writing with names and details about what happened and be very specific. I hope this can be addressed and corrected we as customer just want the quality and care that Wendy’s restaurant offers every where else.

If you want Wendy's, skip this one and go 10 minutes north to the one on Rockville Pike. This location is hit and miss with service, order time and availability of items.
