The cashier refused to give me 15 wings, not including the combo, which I repeatedly asked for 5 times!! And charged me for the 15 wings combo, instead, which did not come with any fries or veggie sticks after taking 20 minutes to prepare. The workers are deceitful, have mean attitudes. the night shift does not clean the bathrooms 🤮 nor do they use gloves when preparing the food, I hope they wash their hands. This has just been my experience, and was not at all impressed. Terrible customer service, and does not cater to the customers needs. This is an unreliable restaurant, with a 2.5 out of 10 satisfaction level overall

First website is TRASH! Had to go in to place order even though they appeared to be charged on card. Inside customer service was abysmal! Felt like I was bothering them trying to get assistance about online order and then placing failed online order. Finally get wings and even though I requested well done, grossly undercooked. Tip? Yeah, don’t eat here. Save your money. Cook at home!

It is not a space to enjoy the food, the exaggerated noise of the staff that works there is overwhelming, they shout and it is a single mess, it takes a long time to place an order and the potatoes are brought almost burnt and refried.

Terrible terrible terrible...... made a massive order for a party of 40 the night before to collect next afternoon, they denied getting the order, card was charged over 500, then said we can have the order ready in 45m....but they refused to deliver it for us, and I'd have to pay a second time and wait for reimbursement...... then when they realize it would be a cheaper payment, miraculously found my original order.... find a other place save yourself the frustration
