We were out, wanted a quick treat, and decided to try Wingstop in Wintergreen Plaza. The food was good, and they had the best coordination and service of any location ever visited. Brian was friendly and helpful when taking my order, and Jose, the manager (who is now at a new store), spoke passionately about the importance of customer relationships and service. Tonight, we returned for a promotion. Joe and Janet provided exceptional service, took time to answer questions, and the wings were very good. We will be back.

The wings were literally swimming in oil/grease. Fries were covered with SUGAR! Not salt. If this is a ploy to manipulate people to eat more that would be horrible. The restaurant was dark and the staff seemed overwhelmed fulfilling online orders. That meant I waited about 10 minutes just to place an order in person with no line! Needs better management or just shut down.
