This was my first time trying Wing Stop- I came based on a TikTok I saw so I wanted to try it. I was pleasantly surprised that this location was open late, because I worked late and was hungry at 10 pm. There were other customers there waiting, so I placed and order for the tenders. I saw others come in and placed their orders, I also saw a couple of door dash and customers coming for pick up orders. The young lady taking the orders I noticed right away- she never asked “may or how can I help you” she would just stare at each customer until they stepped up and gave their orders! Anyone who’s been here and experienced her knows who I’m talking about. The guy working the back saw someone he knew came from behind the back and talked to the guest. I didn’t think much of it, until everyone received their orders (including those who ordered after me). I checked the clock…it took exactly 17 mins for my orders- and I was eating in. So I didn’t complain bcuz I figured my order would be piping hot! The guy cooking the food came back to the grill area, put a couple of batches of fries in the fryer with his hands! When they finally called me up to retrieve my order-to my dismay, my tenders were dry and NOT hot and fresh, I was too hungry to be upset. My fries were hot though. I was so disappointed. So a couple of days later I visited another wing stop on Connecticut Ave, late night and what a HUGE Difference!! My tenders were hot and fresh (juicy). That’s why I’m doing a review four days after my pleasant encounter with Connecticut Ave location during my lunch, bcuz they’ve been consistent!

Wingstop is my go-to spot for lemon pepper dry rub wings—honestly, it’s the only place I get them from! The seasoning is always on point, with the perfect balance of zesty lemon and bold pepper flavor. The wings are consistently crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making them super satisfying every time.

Whether I’m ordering for a quick meal or a game night, Wingstop never disappoints. The fries are also solid, especially if you like them a little sweet and seasoned. If you’re a fan of lemon pepper wings, this is the spot!

We just went to this location. We normally love wing-stop. But we had a horrible experience at this location. The person who made the food was eating and also licking his fingers which is extremely disgusting. I spoke to the cashier and she said that the employees are allowed to eat while they’re making the food. This is a health issue because it can spread germs. Definitely not going again.

A few sundays ago I had to wait a really long time for my online order. Took over 30 minutes to be ready. Got in touch with the manager kenia and she was apologetic and professional. She went above and beyond and took care of my next order even though I didn’t mind paying for it.

I went to this wing stop yesterday after my eye appointment on 12/19/24. It was my 1st time there. When my order came my fries were burnt and the wings were dry and hard. I was a bit disappointed, but as I walked to the restroom, I saw 2 men sitting and their wings looked fresh and their fries were not burnt. I paid for the combo, but yet I had to ask for my drink after getting my meal. It was a bit disappointing seeing that I paid for my meal like everyone else. I took a photo of my fries due to the shock. I guess I didn’t deserve the fresh fries and wings. Will never go back, nor recommend anyone there. Or order for events at the hospital, not recommended.

Food is pretty good but sometimes the workers kind of just watch you there without approaching you. Also takes a very long time compared to the other wingstop near here?? I don't know if it is a normal occurence but the few times I'’ve been here it took a long time.

There must have been change of management in the past few months because the quality has gone down. Wait 45 for my order that I even pre-ordered for pickup online, I get home and they give me different flavors, and I got back only for the remade order to be horrible. The taste, quality of the wing and fries left me to throw half my order away.A couple came in to pick up their order and the cashier said adamantly that there was no order called in for them. They argued back and forth and forth and turns out their order was there waiting on the shelf. She didn’t even try to look. A bunch of people working back there clueless and don’t know what is going on. Go to the flower hill or 355 Rockville pike one.

Went in at 7:56 PM to pick up my online order which was promise around 7:56 PM-8:01PM. Check in with the 2 cashier to see if my order was ready, they told me no which make sense since they were a little bit busy. Sat around for 30 minutes and decided to went up and check again, I asked one of the cashier with my order on my phone and showed them. Instantly replied “No is not ready” with out checking in the kitchen or the counter where they place their finished order. I asked if they can check the back to see if it ready, both cashier look at each other and smirk, one of the cashier went into the kitchen and within 30 second came out with my order. I grabbed my food and said “thank you” and went out to my car to only find out my food is not even warm or cold. So I’m guessing my order been sitting there and no one packing it for the 30 minutes I been sitting there while I see other customer walk in and order at the register and have their food within 5-10 minutes of ordering. Would not recommend this location, staff was unfriendly and they look like they did not want to be there or serve customer at all.
