Homemade and authentic Mexican food. Despite coming from a food truck, everything tasted high quality and freshly made to order, without being too greasy or oversalted. The birria is the closest to my homemade birria I have tasted so far. The fresh watermelon juice was good too.
Most people probably drive past the parking lot where this food truck is located and have no idea what amazing food awaits them. Don't be that person, and support this local business because they deserve it and you will be very satisfied.

Good food in my opinion but they do seem defensive about giving more than 1 sauce which I don’t understand if you order more than $10 worth of food? why would you not give customers 1 more sauce. Maybe ask to pay after the third one but it’s really sad to see food trucks act this way when the people keep them in business.

The people who work there are very good but the food is super expensive and bad, I ordered a horchata that was horrible and tasteless and some birria tacos, super greasy and tasteless to the point that I couldn't eat them, I really wouldn't have a problem by simply throwing them away but the food is super bad and the prices are very high ?

The food is very good but takes a long time even when we place an order on a call. When we arrive to pick up the food we had to wait another 20 mins. Also, I wish they wouldn't be so stingy with the sauce. They give tiny little sauce for like 3 tacos. The portions are big though.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out and I’m so glad I finally did. The torta de chorizo was huge and delicious. Can’t wait to try this place again!

My partner and I were searching for a quick dinner spot and managed to find Taqueria Xintli a few minutes from us. We stopped by and are happy to have found it.The basics:- They have tacos, tortas, quesadillas, sopes, gorditas, burritos, and a few other popular Mexican dishes- They also have natural aguas frescas (tamarindo, Jamaica, horchata, etc)- They don’t have any seating so be prepared to eat in your car or to do takeout/pickup- We placed our order at the window and waited about 20 mins for our food- The lady who took our order was polite and helpful.- They give you one red salsa and one green salsa, the latter is not spicy at all. The red one is spicy but flavorful.Food review:- We got a carne asada sope, carne asada taco, carne asada quesadilla, pollo taco, and pollo sope- My partner got the tacos and he said they had a lot of meat and that they’re well seasoned. He does wish the meat was slightly less salty, but I think that’s true for the meat regardless of the dish.- The sopes also came with refried black beans, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. The masa was thick enough to provide a strong base, which isn’t always the case at other restaurants. The one thing I wish they would improve on the sopes is the amount of lettuce they top them with. The chicken one barely had any which left me wondering if the texture would’ve been more balanced.- The quesadilla was HUGE. I had no idea it would be long. In pictures it’s easy to be deceived, but the one I’ve attached in my review very easily stretched across my lap (and I’m not a tiny woman). Definitely make sure it consider the size when ordering, because you will likely not have room for anything else, if you manage to finish it. I couldn’t finish it because I dug into my chicken sope first. The area for improvement with the quesadilla is the amount of cheese that they put into it. Carne asada tacos always lack flavor in a lot of places but this food truck got it Right!!! All the tacos I had were full of Flavor (Asada,Al Pastor,Chorizo)... The jugo de Jamaica (Hibiscus) was on point too. ✅✅✅✅
