This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming. Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong Kong Palace. This place is pretty new and trying to get its feet underneath it. Let's support high quality food!

This noodle shop is a hidden gem! The broth is rich, flavorful, and has just the right amount of spice with that distinctive sour bamboo shoot and savory snail flavor. The toppings are abundant and fresh, with crunchy peanuts, crispy tofu skin, and tender wood ear mushrooms, adding layers of texture to every bite.

This is hands down the best Luosifen I’ve ever had! The broth is rich and flavorful, with that unique snail flavor that makes every sip irresistible. The toppings are plentiful and fresh, with crispy tofu skin, wood ear mushrooms, peanuts, and pickled bamboo shoots—all perfectly balanced to create a delicious blend. The pickled bamboo shoots, in particular, add an amazing depth to the broth, making each bite more memorable than the last. The chili oil adds just the right kick to bring everything together. If you’re a fan of Luosifen, you have to try this place. Highly recommended!

It’s really nice, especially the pickled radish, and the portion is quite large. You must order the pig’s trotters. The pig’s trotters are particularly glutinous, the soup is also very delicious, and the service is also very good. I will recommend more delicious ways to eat. You must come. Shop +1

There are not many opportunities to eat freshly made snail noodles in the United States. The smell here is good and not too smelly. Hope to come often in the future
Tasty noodles that are hard to find anywhere in the U.S. absolutely give it a try. They’ve toned down the smelly bits too to fit American sensitivities.

Delicious rice noodle soups. I got the guilin and my husband got the lousifen which they are known for. They were both delicious although I thought the lousifen had more complex flavors whereas the guilin was more straightforward which I was in the mood for. The marinated egg was also a tasty addon! Will definitely be back when I'm in town

First time I came here and will definitely be coming back. The owner is incredibly kind and told us exactly what the place is known for "Luosifen Noodles" and they were INCREDIBLE. The broth was so flavorful and if you add their vinegar sauce it's becomes even more flavorful! Absolutely delicious noodles with a great amount of toppings. The price for the small (which is huge in my opinion) is super affordable. Highly highly reccomend this place!

First time trying this restaurant and the owner explained the menu to me. I ordered the beef flank luosifen medium spicy noodles and added the fried tofu with a side of sweet soy milk drink. It was delicious! I will definitely be back to try some of the other items on their menu!
