I recently ordered from America’s Best Wings, and unfortunately, this will be my first and last time. I specifically requested well-done wings, but what I received was nothing short of disappointing. Instead of juicy, flavorful wings, I was served what can only be described as inedible wing dust.
Biting into them was a letdown; there was no meat to chew, just a sad, dry shell that left me frustrated. It’s hard to believe this is what they consider “wings.” If you’re looking for a satisfying meal, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Pre COVID, this particular location was awesome and I frequented often, but post COVID, the place has had several new owners, poor customer service, language barriers, and the PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. Ex: 5 piece whiting with a side of hush puppies was under $15, that exact same meal has doubled as of 8/3/24. I'm officially done at this point, and will do more coming at home. Best Wishes ???

I ordered lemon pepper wings was very salty and the chicken was very dry and the cheese steak was very little, dry and utterly seem like they reheated the meat waste of my hard earn money. I will never go back. 04/14/2024

I went in on Thursday March 14, 2024 at approximately 10:45 pm. I went in with hopes of ordering a chicken cheesesteak. The employee working the front told me that “There were no workers available to work the grill” so i was forced to order something else. When i went back in to pick up my order, i witnessed someone who was working in the back take someone’s order for a cheesesteak, the same thing i was told i couldn’t order. I was furious! not only because 1, i was lied to by someone who doesn’t want to do their job properly, but two my order was DISGUSTING! I asked for a 5 piece Honey Old Bay wings fried crispy. The sauce was entirely too salty to the point where my mouth burned, and my wings were fried entirely too long. They were as hard as ROCKS! I am extreme displeased with my visit and i do not plan on returning if this is the service i get, and how we’re treated as customers.

Chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. How on earth is the sandwich dry? The most awful sandwich I’ve had in Baltimore yet do not waste your time or money and it’s definitely not worth consuming all the calories for something that’s dry and disgusting!

I had the 10piece honeyobey, not worth a dime. The price is ridiculously high but if I’m going to pay the quality has to match. Overcooked chicken as if they prep all their chicken a week in advance. Also as I was sitting there, I first thought they were ants but realized they were baby roaches…. Eat at your own risk, I didn’t make a fuss , I just know that was the last time I step in that place and probably other establishments such as this one.. I personally need to stop spending on takeout anyway so… smh
VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Ordered food online and sent instructions. Called to clarify, PLEASE do not put dressing container on top of cooked food, obviously because it's unsanitary. Because the man couldn't understand, he was VERY SHORT, kept cutting me off, told me they don't have my order, found it, then said I didn't order that - reread my order, CONFIRMED I did, then u guess he got upset because he KEPT getting it wrong and was confused. Mid sentence, he says, I'M CANCELLING ORDER BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE THIS REQUEST. I wish Google reviews let you post attachments, as I have proof of order. He was extremely nasty from the moment he answered the phone. I didn't order from here in several months because I felt sighted when I went in last time, but tried to not personalize it. I will absolutely never support this business again and will advise the rest of my staff. COMPLETELY unacceptable! DISGUSTING and unnecessary behavior.
