I had the pleasure of dining with my server liz this afternoon and she was amazing. I felt like I was eating breakfast at home with family. just fabulous!! love her and those new york cheesecake pancakes she recommended :)
Just a basic food pick up experience. Had to wait quite some time for someone to come take my order. Long enough that I got tired of waiting and tried calling it in. I didn't realize when calling the order in, the calls go to a call center in another country. Then an additional charge is applied for calling the order in. The food was good, no complaints there. Also this trend of everyone asking for a tip is getting out of control. Why would I tip for a carryout order.
