Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. Every single table was littered with debris. No napkins or utensils out--it looked like a disaster zone. Walked in there to order food to go, and probably half on better of the containers were empty only meat they had was chicken. Counters looked disgusting! I literally walked out the door without the food I ordered because it was so nasty looking. I won't ever step foot back in this place again!!
When I visited this Chipotle tonight it was very busy with lines all the way to the door. You could tell they were not fully staffed but the staff that was working was doing a great job. I witnessed several customers rude to the ladies preparing the food. As I was leaving I told one of the ladies they were doing a great job. Yes the wait was long BUT the ladies working tonight handled it wonderfully and the food was perfect! Great job ladies and thank you for your hard work tonight!
