Usually my favorite fast sandwiches. But at this location, service was only a dismal okay. Had to bus own table with a Kleenex from my bag. Had to return sandwich to counter for slicing in half ... Jimmy John's usually will do that, but not at this location. Watched another customer immediately return with his take-out order to have his sandwich sliced as well. Observed staff member mimicking that customer as he exited the store. Unwich was poorly wrapped with small pieces...

This is legit the best Jimmy John’s in Baltimore. I’ve stopped there several times normally on Friday and they are always friendly, confirm your order, and are quick and accurate with the delivery! Even when the line is long. Please thank your excellent crew there.

They keep all the napkins behind the counter. They don't give you any with your food. If you ask for napkins, they will gladly tell you where they are, but they won't hand them out to you. The customer has to reach over/behind the service counter to retrieve napkins.
It's just bizarre. Who doesn't need one or two napkins with their sub?
