Came here for lunch. Tried their Lomo saltado, chicken burrito and beef kebob. Beef kebab was the worst. It's not actual kebab but rather thinly sliced beef skewer. Meat tasted hard and not that great. Burrito was alright. Best out of them was the Lomo Saltado however they used too much teriyaki sauce and you really shouldn't have any teriyaki on it really. Green sauce was pretty tasty. Overall wouldn't recommend.

The customer service in this place is horrendous! They up charge for everything so pay close attention to your bill. The person who rang me up got upset because I asked for rice and beans so he tried to up charge me $1.50. I told him that I’ve never been charged for rice/beans as they naturally go together at a Peruvian restaurant. He then proceeded to tell me it was extra and I can take it or he’ll take it off. He then slammed around my container as he aggressively took the rice and beans out. I then asked him for vegetables. He proceeded to tell me there were no vegetables as I looked directly at said “no vegetables”. I then told him this would be my last visit due to his negative energy and behaviors. Never again!!!

I typically order delivery from GH. Friends of mine just had a baby, so I figured I’d pick up dinner for them on the way to visit. Ordered thru GH for pickup. I’m talking two whole chickens and 6 large sides. Prepaid. Once I got there, I was informed someone else had picked it up. I asked how that could be when 1. My name is on the order for pickup, and 2. This was not an order marked as a delivery. The manager was very nonchalant in telling me someone else took it. He wasn’t apologetic, and had a very “I don’t care” attitude. He actually shrugged his shoulders. He was just downright rude. I was calm and respectful. Mistakes happen. I get it. But to not offer any apology or solution?? I asked if they could make me the same order, and was told it would be 45 minutes, bc none of the chicken was done. This is at 6:15 pm - you don’t have chicken available at at prime dinner time, at Super CHICKEN Rico?? So I left. Never going back. There are a ton of restaurants that offer the same kind of food around here. Give your money to the ones that aren’t incompetent and that actually care.
Chicken is sometimes dry and over cooked I told them 2x don’t give me overcooked chicken they still do not kid friendly.

This place is a hit or miss, cross your fingers to get fresh chicken, today, I was served dry and tasteless chicken, I called in to complain, and all I got was , ok, thank you.I will not advice anyone to go there (unless you feel lucky)I will post a picture before I trash it.
