Went in the store to get breakfast for the morning. The lady at the store had an attitude. When she was taking my order. Didn’t even give me the side that comes with the smoothie and the food item that I purchased. Didn’t even bother asking. Just wanted to get out of there. The guy that was working was really nice. I couldn’t even get my receipt because of how rudely she was.
I come to this tropical smoothie often I get the chicken chipotle flatbread with no bacon, and the island detox smoothie or the açai berry boost smoothie and they always present. Great customer service. If I forget my side, they always remind me. This is my neighborhood tropical smoothie if you’re in the area, stop by you won’t be disappointed!!
I had an amazing experience at the Rosedale location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe today! I tried the Açai Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and provided outstanding service. Everything was perfect, from the food to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great food and excellent service. This location truly sets the standard for a wonderful dining experience!
