Visited here many times over over several years for special occasions. Both food and service are always consistant and outstanding. It's also nice to see new items and change ups on the menu ... chef is very creative, and the occasional Asian fusion adds another flavor dimension. Good wine selection and pricing too!
We walked in without reservations and they were able to seat us immediately in the bar area. Drinks were unique and strong, food was very good. Our server was so sweet to our toddler daughter, crafting a simple meal of noodles and sauce with 4 refills of cheese for her. It was a cozy, warm, and wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

This place definitely lives up to their reputation. We reserved a table for our anniversary dinner after highly being recommended by our Hotel. Amongst the adorable Main Street of St. Michael's was Talbot 208 with a brick stone walkways, dimly lit lights, fireplace setting a romantic and classy ambiance.
