Best crabs & crab cakes! Cooked to PERFECTION and the flavor was AMAZING! Great staff & casual, comfy environment as well!

My uncle George wanted prime rib on Father's day and he couldn't find one. He has never been to Chesapeake Landing so I told him we can go so he could get the best prime rib in town. So my sister and I weng with him. I got prime rib, he got prime rib and my sister got ribs. I waited for him to take his first bite as I am thinking to myself (Chesapeake Landing dont fail me now lol). He absolutely loved it and was a happy camper. Abby was our waitress and took care of us. Thank you!!

My fiancée n I came for the oyster buffet and im gunna be honest is was just okay… so let start from our arrival , After the hostess greeted us we were asked if we had reservations and we did not as we are not from st Michael’s and so she asked our names and put us on a 15 mins waiting list and this would have been fine but table that she sat us at had been ready prior to arrival, after we were seated we waited about 10 mins for our waitress to finally come to our table she did not tell us her name she simply asked if a waiter had come over to us yet “we replied no “and she said have you had time to look at the menu and we replied yes we would like the buffet and asked her how is the fried chicken was she said pretty good but takes 45 mins to cook we said ok we like that as well so at this time she says go ahead and help ur self to the buffet ( has yet to ask us what we wanted for our drinks) we got half way thru our first plate and she comes back and says do you guys want some steamed oysters we said yes and did I forget to get your drink we said yes try give her benefit of the doubt maybe she was over worked (as she appears to be a little older that the rest of the girls working) so after we get those things we don’t see her again till it was time to leave Leaving our drinks empty after she’s walked by several times for others…. By this time we were done our food and food is okay as I said except the chicken was very rubbery.. she bring us the check and normal you leave it on the table after you sign and go about ur night noooo this waitress literally stood over me while I wrote out the tip amount and waited till I handed it back to her made me feel very uncomfortable so needless to say I do not think I’ll be back food was okay but for the area I thought it would be better than that and service was a 2/10

Scallops and bacon over cooked, fried clam BITS
Over fried no strips, overpriced. Stewed tomatoes tasty but cold. Waited 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed a server to take my order. Won’t be going back.

We have driven past this restaurant multiple times thinking we woul find somewhere else to stop, this time we stopped. Service was great but a little slow, very big group in the back area. The food was out of this world, steamed shrimp was fantastic, cornbread and buns were warm and delicious. The best was yet to come, there fried chicken is out if this world some of the best we have had since leaving South Carolina, we will be back that is for sure.

Cream of Crab soup best described as mostly potato soup with great crab flavor according to my husband. I had a salad with four fried oysters that really had no flavor.
Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Went to my class teunion at your restaurant. You charged me more for my dinner than you list on your menu. You price was over the top
