As one of the first employees of the Blue Crab under Brian and Hellen, I can say that the vibes are immaculate and you can feel their flair throughout the entire building. The Blue Crab is the best coffee shop that I found in St. Michaels. They are the only coffee shop in town with a cortado on the menu, which usually indicates a place that understands espresso, and their cortado was excellent. It also has comfortable seating. Their snack selection is quite limited, but my choc chip cookie was good.
