Don't even know where to start got seated right away the waitress came over to take care drink order came back then took our food order it took 30 minutes for us to get our food the appetizer we ordered we had to wait for that the waitress would bring us drinks refills but when we got our food never came over until she had a table in front of us that's when she ask us if everything was ok or if we needed anything we just need two boxes now go 8 hours later and that's when I started to get sick I had the fiesta lime chicken having stopped getting sick since I ate that between the long wait for our food to me getting sick off it I won't be back I don't know happened but I won't ever eat Applebee's ever again

Terrible service. Workers decided they didn’t want to run the curbside pickup system because of the temperature outside.

I have been ordering and paying for extras that I never receive.. I’ve got it the very first time I’ve ordered but ever since I’ve gotten shafted..

Cheap eats deal. Meal for 2 around 32.00.

11/17 Update: I received a response from Applebees and appreciate it, but I'm sorry, we're done. My whole family has said they will not go back. Plus my brother-in-law and sister-in-law added that both bathrooms were nasty. And I left out the part where the waitress actually argued with my mother-in-law.

11/16 - Applebees is going down hill. The table had trash under it. The booth seat was ripped about 6 inches. Took the waitress 15 minutes before she took our order, taking orders first from 2 other tables that were seated AFTER us. When she finally did arrive, she had a snippy attitude when we asked for sweetener. We had 3 people all needing sweetener and she brought us just 3 packets for the large glasses. We tried to ask for more but she kept walking away then she made a big deal saying she'd have to go all the way to the back to get more.

The food was luke warm and was all over cooked. We had wings, both boneless and bone in, cooked so long they were hard, had trouble eating them. The nachos were burnt. The grond beef was all dried out. The chips were so salty we couldn't eat them.

It was a very disappointing night.
