“Kerry, the cashier/associate, should, without a doubt, be managing this restaurant, PERIOD! He is very professional, he is very intelligent, and he just exudes good vibrations, all around! You guys need to recognize REAL talent when you see it....and when customers see it before you guys do. Give that guy a BIG raise! You will be fortunate to hang in to him! He may own the place one day, if you all are so lucky to keep him on!.“
“Always check your food when getting it. Ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders. Got two. Guess someone needed a snack. Prolly could of gotten the other if I had checked my food before leaving the lot. Alas I live twenty minutes away from this location. Bummer.
UPDATE: 6/12/25 A rep from the store contacted me about the earlier issue. We chatted for a bit and came to an understanding about the issue from yesterday. Instead of me seeking monetary compensation for a missing tender. The rep offered a more than substantial remedy to rectify the issue. Changing my initial review from two stars to five stars. They did not have to follow up on this issue. They could of wrote it off. The fact that they decided to contact me and rectify the situation. Ultimately shows Arby's is looking out for their customer satisfaction. Totally would recommend this Arby's to any heading east or west on US 50!“
“I introduced my mom to their Happy Hour and she loved it as much as the rest of the family. Good food, great value (during happy hour), and decent service. I also tried a new turkey sandwich with bacon and it was really delicious. Most of their combos are pricey, but it's worth it when you want to treat yourself. I was a little disappointed to get a cold turnover. They used to serve them warm and ready to eat.“
