I had an issue with a pretty big order I placed so I completed a survey. In no time the GM, John, called me and apologized for my experience. He allowed me to get my entire order replaced. The replacement food wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was much better than the first order. I’m still giving them a 5 because the customer service and Jamocha milkshakes are both phenomenal. Thanks Mr. John!
This is a really good Arby's!! They never mess up my order... If i plan on going there and getting 6 or more sandwhiches for my family and I. I call ahead place my order and its fresh and ready when I get there!!!
I have noticed over the past couple years they have changed something with the roast beef. A bit drier and less tasty. My last visit I ordered a double roast beef. I got a double but they tried to hide the burnt ends and pieces in the middle. WOW. Throw them away. Don't do that to a customer who has got their hopes set on the last time it was so delicious that it made them wanna come back. Let's do better
