Was trying something "different" for my birthday and in my search, came across this Restaurant. I checked the menu and it had all things my family folk like. The beach fries were yum! I had the grilled chicken topped with crab dip and cheddar 😋 I'm glad I chose it!! Everyone seemed to enjoy their orders! The prices are reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back!

Had the build your own sandwich. Got roast beef, Swiss and veggies. The roast beef was huge! Best value on the shore. My hubby got a BYO burger and we shared a basket of fries. We have never gotten an even mediocre meal here, and I have high standards. Go, you won’t be dissatisfied.

Diner type experience and we were taken by an cousin who lives in Salisbury.
This was my third time here, each time gets better and better. The food was great. I definitely recommend the cream of crab soup.

Waiting 20+ minutes to order at the bar, only to watch the patron next to me (who came in and used my dismissed menu) receive a nearly identical meal 5min before I got mine is VERY telling. When I finally got my cheesesteak, it came with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo, with a side of potato chips.
The chips were stale. The pickles flavorless. One playing-card sized piece of lettuce. There was less than a heaping teaspoon of mayonnaise. The steak and cheese was dumped into the bottom of the bun, rather than on the thick bread. Couldn't keep the sandwich together or get ingredients throughout. These things made the sandwich annoying to eat, and since the content was flavorless, a net negative experience.
The ambiance was decent, and other people seemed happy.
The tomatoes were good. The beer was cold.

Great atmosphere, parking is tight but you can surely find something on the street and it's worth it. The coconut shrimp was great, with a strong coconut flavor and a sweet spicy sauce that complimented each other well. The server was great. They have nice outdoor seating and a good size bar. Very clean inside, well done Back Street Grill. You have my business.
PS. Beach fries were quite tasty, and they had malt vinegar at the table 😉 one of the Sunday specials was a pesto pasta salad, chef's kiss.
Vegetarian options: build your own Black bean burger is an option, and they have build your own salad as well.
