Waited about 10 min. to get somebody's attention, but the guy and girl behind the counter were so busy flirting with each other, I had to yell back there to be waited on.......... Customer satisfaction was NOT the important thing on their minds... First time there.... and last....

The lemon ricotta cookies were fresh out of the oven and out of this world! I brought home to Wisconsin the strawberry tiramisu and classic tiramisu, my family raved about how delicious the desserts were! Again this is a gem in the middle of Maryland. I hope the locals appreciate the care and quality that goes into the foods prepared at Bella's Italian Bistro and its partner business G'latto! You folks in Salisbury, MD have a treasure in your midst!

Focaccia dishes are amazing. Gelato is great. Everything was fresh and delicious.
I bought the Tiramisu & cannoli's for my husband's birthday and a half loaf of the focaccia bread..all of which had just been freshly made. Everything was delicious! We had been getting our Italian deserts shipped from New York but now we no longer have to! Bella's is Five Stars!

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly, and they make you feel like you’ve been coming there forever. But the coconut gelato? Absolute game-changer. It’s so creamy and flavorful, it’s ridiculous. If you’re into gelato, this spot is a must.
