I was there because of a trip that I was on and Bob Evans was the place they picked for us to eat. I didn't care for there food and their services was to slow. My food was not hot. I waited 30 munutes for fish and fries. The fries were cold. I asked for more fries. I never got them. The waitress never ordered the fries. She didn't recieve a tip.

We waited a half hour to get coffee and to.place our breakfast order. The breakfast order took about an hour to cook. The biscuits were hard, the country gravy was cool not warm. The eggs were rubby and the sausage was cold. The portions were small. The service was very slow and the waitress was not in any hurry to get her customers orders out

We stopped on the way home and had a late breakfast. It was my birthday and the staff all sang happy birthday. The food was delicious as always. Super clean and friendly
They had no heat service was terrible food was warm and not hot told the cashier about the service also called next day and talked to management and his district manager called me said she would refund my money that was back in November still not received it so I'm done with Bob
