I come here often and Tai was a bartender I hadn’t encountered before. She was awful. She was rude and unfriendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here before until tonight. She never announced last called and denied me a beer at the end of the game (which was fine, I was about to leave) but then served an employee a large draft right after telling me they already had a last call she never announced. She had attitude the entire two hours I was there. Stick to Joey and Lara - they are fabulous

I truly believe this place is overrated. It reminds me of a big cafeteria in school. Most of the food tastes like Tyson's food. Which I'm not saying is bad but for the price you pay you should be getting top of the line. I also feel like they are extremely overpriced. I can usually eat out with a family of four around $70 to $80 that is with the tip. We went here before the tip or bill was $91. It was a bit ridiculous especially for the food we received. This is my second visit and I felt the same as my first visit so I will not be returning.

Very vibrant. Our waitress, Claire was outstanding for us. The food was very good for taste and presentation. I had the black bean burger and it was good. We got wings. We got nachos. So a good sports bar.

Food here was pretty good. Prices were fair as well with deal they had on their app. If you plan to pick up an order on the weekend, I would not bother. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes at least on top of the time they said the order would be ready. They were super busy which is understandable, but is unfortunate for those who pick up.

Rating service a 1 because I stood there for 15mins while watching Shannon fold receipts. She didn't acknowledge I was standing there. I seen her help one lady that was there before i arrived. She gave the lady her food and went right back to folding receipts. Finally after realizing I wasn't going to be helped, I asked for my food that was sitting on the counter. Now I'm the only person in there at that time (after the other customer left). Who else food did she think was sitting there. Other than more training on service for Shannon, it was ok.

I’ve come here several times the food is normally very good and the service is quick. The waitresses are very nice and I like that they’re not pushy to get you out. I will say my last time going away each disappointment, though they had like three deals going on to bongo burgers deals and I think buy one get one free wings. We waited about two hours. It was horrible. We weren’t paying attention to how long we were there because we were enjoying our atmosphere in our children from winning a football game. It was the first time I almost froze to death in a restaurant too. I had to ask someone for their hoodie. Like I said the restaurant is normally great and the service is normally great and of course the food but I know next time to never go there on a day they have several deals going on. They may have also been understaffed that day. And the second we decided to just walk out and forget all the food it came out, but the food was cold like it had been sitting for a long time. The manager did fix the situation which I do appreciate. I will be back though.

Never really had a bad experience here until last night. My husband picked up our carry out order and when he got home, I noticed one of my boneless wings was raw. Really didn’t feel like driving back, I already submitted a complaint online. I try to be understanding but there’s no excuses for being negligent when it comes to food preparation.

1 star is too much for my experience. North Salisbury Maryland location. I ordered a bacon cheese burger. Had to look for the bacon. Sent it back only to have Burnt bacon on it. Long story short didn't order another one. Looked at a little bit of T.V. while I was there. Went home to eat. Maybe toddlers were working the kitchen that night with no guidance on how to make a bacon burger. Just think 18.00. I saved that night by going home to make my own dinner.
