I ordered a big order last night that consisted of nearly $80 worth of food,plus a tip! never received my sub, I called back, no answer and I also requested a receipt due to the amount the bill. I plan to call in the morning in reference to why my sub wasn't delivered . I have ordered here previously, I have nothing bad to say about the food. It's delicious,, however I was missing an entire sub, along with my receipt. Unacceptable.

My brother and sister-in-law came down with no notice to do me a huge favor. When the dust settled, we were hungry. Couldn't get in our first choice so we tried Burg3r Bros.I'm so glad we did. Our party got 2 cheeseburgers, a pizza burger, and a patty melt with fries and drinks. The sizes are extremely generous and everything was hot and delicious.Adding Burg3r Bros to my eating out rotation now.

My team and I have never had a bad meal. There’s always plenty of food. Worth every penny! The staff is fantastic. The place is super clean. We’re excited to be next door to such a wonderful restaurant. Their breakfast is just as delicious as their burgers!

This experience was a huge disappointment. It took 2 hours to be delivered. The fries and stromboli were burned. I had asked for the sauce for the stromboli to be on the side. And, I had paid for extra sauce. I didn't receive the extra and the sauce was put inside of the stromboli rather than on the side, as requested. When I called them, I was met with excuses. No apology, only excuses. They did offer to replace the food, but since it was after 8pm, I was not interested in receiving my food at 10pm. Rather than offering a credit towards another order, I was only credited for the extra sauce that I didn't receive. This food was literally not edible.It is my opinion that this isn't the way to maintain a good business relationship with a customer. In fact, I literally have no desire to ever order from these folks again.
