I ordered food for my family of five through uber as a pick up. When I arrived the lady told my husband there was no order there after repeating his self over and over then was told by a young man it was there and to go inside. When I arrived inside there was some one else picking up an order to go as well the lady confirmed that my order was on the counter showed me my order then proceeded to try to give my order to some one else. My food was cold and none of my whoppers had cheese wich I paid extra for. For the amount of money they charge you would think service would be better and food would be to. I don’t recommend this bk to any one there’s a way better one down the road about 5 miles.

The workers don't take coupons and they say that they don't have any offers even though is on the menu , most of the supervisor act like they own the place so I go to a different one even though is farther from my house

Burger King is the second best favorite fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I like when they had the 2 cheeseburger meals ( like at McDonald’s). I was wondering will they be able to do any milkshakes? But so on Burger King is wonderful.
I went there last night to order 4 whopper jr sandwiches for the 2 for $5 deal and asked for them fresh. The girl that was making the food already had gloves on and went to the broiler and grabbed all of the RAW patties and placed 4 patties inside. After that she walked over to the fryer touched a basket then walked over to the prep table and grabbed the cheese ALL WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!!! Touching RAW meat then proceeding to touch other food items is utterly disgusting and unacceptable! I immediately asked for a refund! Cross contamination and not a care in the world! It even took the manager 10 minutes for a refund!! I will NEVER eat there again! Very unsanitary and so many violations! Something needs to be done about this!!!

I’ve had the displeasure of ordering from this Burger King 2 times in each occasion they got my order wrong by giving me fries instead of onion rings. I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like they used dirty water. I didn’t ask for a Sprite instead of the iced tea and the sprite tasted terrible. And my medium fries was like they gave me half a portion would not recommend
