Just like most burger kings they are just a little lazy with the prep of any of the burgers with lettuce. Most of the time it's to much and the lettuce could be better prepped. Hence not getting a burger with way to much lettuce sounded up because it was cut down small enough in the prep of the lettuce.

My grandmo just walked into Burger King. Tried to use the restroom before ordering. The door was locked. Ended up with an elderly person having an accident standing in Burger King. I understand not wanting junkies to OD in your restroom, but inconveniencing regular upstanding elderly people, potential customers, is just unacceptable. I won't be returning off principle. Everyone isn't an enemy of your business.

I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, trusting that it would arrive at my house. But it didn't, with 4 snacks missing. Anyone who purchases this way must check before leaving the establishment. Speaking of the burgers, they are cold and not crispy. It is simply a disappointment to order from this place. In addition to being deceived because we ordered something and paid for it and in the end it does not arrive.
