I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, trusting that it would arrive at my house. But it didn't, with 4 snacks missing. Anyone who purchases this way must check before leaving the establishment. Speaking of the burgers, they are cold and not crispy. It is simply a disappointment to order from this place. In addition to being deceived because we ordered something and paid for it and in the end it does not arrive.

Poor service employees are not friendly, I asked for my food to be cooked fresh five of them stood around in a circle trying to figure out what to do For the price that we customer's pay for food it should always be fresh and not reheated in the microwave.

I gave 2 stars because I only went to Burger Kings to use the rewards in the app. First the dude at the window barely spoke or understood English. So when we gave him the code, even after repeating it 3 times, he said it wasn't coming up. So either it was the language barrier, or the app just doesn't work. I'm all for equal opportunity employment, but if you can't communicate well, you shouldn't be working the drive thru. Not to mention he was rushing us, so I'm sure that didn't help. My husband ends up ordering the 2/$5 Whopper Juniors, and it came to almost $10. Why, you ask? Because they charged $1.75 each to add a single half slice of bacon to each sandwich. Lesson learned, I'll stick with Hardee's and Chic Fil A. On the upside, my husband said the burgers were, at least, good.

They never have ice cream or any flavor of slushy. They have a dirty atmosphere and take forever just to bring you a cookie. The food is not that bad it’s just the ice cream and the slushy machine is just so terrible and it just never works. 🫤

This is THE best BK in the area, and a top fast food location in Salisbury overall. Service is always quick and pleasant, food is always fresh and hot. Special props for the french fries, which are- every single time- flawlessly crispy, hot and perfectly salted.
Staff expertly dealt with a disruptive, rude, ranting customer. They were calm and respectful while she was going off about her “human rights” or some nonsense. Quick service, the same quality we expect from Burger King. The staff need to be commended for how they handled that situation. Great job. I’m sorry that someone treated you this way, but you are a great team and we appreciate you!

Never going back! The drive thru order taker was so rude and didn't say please or thank you when instructing to go the the next window. I ordered two milkshakes and they take less than 30 seconds to make and I spent two minutes at the window with just the employee looking at me like if she was wondering why I was there. The milkshake was not good at all, it was Morticias Kooky shake and it literally was ice cream with syrup, there was no shake mix in it what so ever. Highly disappointed ?
