I've visited this Burger King multiple times, and they always forget to include napkins in the bag. It's a small but frustrating oversight that leaves me without essentials for eating on the go. Please train staff to double-check bags—basic supplies shouldn't be hit or miss every time.

I would avoid this location if I were you. Every single time I've gone here they made my food incorrectly, or didn't give me something I paid for and then management would ALWAYS give me an attitude about it. I would always be nice to them when my food was wrong, or something was missing, and always show my receipt and my bag so they could see for themselves but despite this they would get nasty at me and almost accuse me of lying. I have to go so far as open sandwiches in front of them to show them I was given a sandwich wrong as I always order custom sandwiches, such as no mayo or no ketchup, all depending on the sandwich and show them the condiments that are clearly on the sandwich. One time management even asked me why I can't just scrape it off and eat it. I looked at them shocked, are they not familiar with certain food allergies? What kind of person would ask that? Now I avoid this location because they probably do exactly that now and I can't tell, but it would explain why I've had an allergic reaction a couple times. I SHOULD report them to the Health Department because scrapping things off, or even suggesting such things is NOT okay, let alone ignoring a food allergy.

You really can't be the value of the $7 Trio on mobile app. Past 10+ times the food is always fresh and hot and made to order. What more can I ask for? Pretty surprising these days for fast food!

I ordered onion rings & did NOT get the sauce. Wtf. That's the only reason anyone orders onion rings. Also, I specifically asked if they had iced tea. Said yes... then when I put my straw in & took a sip.. it's soda. 😐

Ordered two of the new patty melts. They are NOT patty melts. What restaurant doesn't know that a melt has grilled bread just like grill cheese. I got plain sourdough bread ungrilled. Made for a soggy patty. The inside of the shroom n swiss was great though so I took a chance and got another one last night. Lady at drive-thru said they don't grill the bread but they would toast it for me. And, go figure served it with toasted side of bread inside and soft sourdough on outer. Burger King needs training on what a patty melt is. FALSE advertising
Ordered French Toast Sticks. It's been a hit or miss between the 3 locations here. Usually a MISS!! Just look at the images. Absolutely horrible for a total of $3.17!! 5 sticks for $2.99 plus tax !! These are trash! I recommend SONIC if you want good French Toast Sticks!!! I really want my money back for this nonsense!!! It's a reason I don't eat out much anymore! Granted, their customer service at this location is good but these sticks are straight garbage!

They are kings at getting things wrong! And they dont tell u when they dont have something anymore they just charge you for something else close to it, then looked at us like we're crazy when we said its wrong and didnt give us a straw when asked (drive thru) no more here.
