Their customer service is really good. We go there with our baby and it's a kids friendly place. Restrooms are mostly clean
Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent customer service and quality food, but this Salisbury location is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I eat over at the Cambridge location once or twice a week during the workweek, that location is immaculate! I usually go to the Salisbury location on weekends ( I live nearby) the service here is seriously lacking and unprofessional. On my last visit, I mentioned to the server that the fries were mushy—more like a baked potato than fries—and asked if I could get some crispier ones. The “lead” came back with “fresher” fries that were even oilier and mushier, not crispy at all. It was clear they didn't fry them long enough, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, my sandwich was cold to the touch. This location desperately needs better leadership and management. The tables are always dirty, the trash bins are always full to the rim and while I get that they hire teenagers (which is fine), the complete lack of professionalism and guidance from managers is unacceptable.

My daughter and I enjoyed coming here we shared some nuggets and we each had fries and a peach milkshake. The food came out very quick and everything was so good.

No one else does it like Chick-fil-A! Ever wonder what sets them apart, visit this restaurant! First, there's an army of servers working like a well oiled machine in the drive-thru. Inside is no different. An assistant manager held the door open and welcomed us inside. I had ordered ahead through the app so our meal was waiting for us. We sat down at a table that was well scrubbed and complete with fresh cut flowers. The food was fresh and tasty...no wilted lettuce or overripe tomatoes in my salad. I didn't order a drink, but an older gentleman who I believe was the manager was visiting each table, and when he saw I didn't have a drink went up and got me a large iced water. Amazing service, good food, clean environment and elevated language. It's just fast food, but it was a real pleasure eating at this Chick-fil-A!
