This is the only chick fila that has never messed up our order. Yes they can be busy but I think the staff handles it very well and everyone is always friendly. Also shoutout to Tucker and Leilani, they’re the best
Today I took my toddler in to eat. He didn’t finish his meal, but wanted to take the rest of his nuggets to go. I went to dump our tray on our way out and accidentally dumped his nuggets too! The older gentleman that works at this particular facility witnessed the whole thing and got us a whole new kids chicken nugget box!! My mama heart was overwhelmed with gratitude and my toddler left with a smile on his face! Big thanks to chick fil a and their outstanding customer service!
