My friend put in a Grubhub order on the kiosk and paid for his food and then he waited 15 minutes and his food never came out. He went to the counter and they said they never got the receipt to make the order. He showed them his credit card history and his grub hub receipt and they said there was nothing they could do. He asked for a refund and they said no. They said he could buy his food again and dispute it with Grubhub or his credit card company saying he did not purchase the food. This new Grubhub system is TERRIBLE. Need to go back to ordering in person.

I strongly advise against visiting this location. I witnessed poor management firsthand in how they handled another customer. This level of service does not reflect well on the Chick-Fil-A brand, and I believe their license for this location should be reconsidered. Many students may not realize this, but if we want better treatment, we should avoid supporting this establishment. The passive-aggressive behavior from staff here feels like they care more about posturing than providing good service or food.

I recommend the Chick-Fil-A located on campus at Salisbury University. The food was served up quickly, hot, and tasted good in true Chick-Fil-A fashion. All tap drinks except for bottled water to purchase. And this location did not have Chocolate Chip Cookie sacks on Saturday 2-18-23; but, instead had Chocolate Chip Brownies which I did not try. There is ample seating at this location inside and outside. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries.

The girl Hailey was so wonderful as was the older gentleman working! However my fiancé asked one of the shift leads for a cup of water and in response to that she stopped dead in her tracks… glared at her, made a face, refused to speak, & ignored our thank you. Her name was Sonya, and she needs an attitude check. The floor staff was better mannered than their own shift supervisor..
