Alyssa was great! She was very friendly and a good waitress! We had the fried mozzarella for an appetizer. It was soooo good! The chicken ranch quesadilla and the smash burger was good.

The restaurant says it is handicap accessible and it is if you have a helper. My husband is a stroke victim who uses a cane and has no use of his other arm.I also use a cane for some disabilities that I have.We stopped there Tuesday afternoon about 4:30 for an early dinner. As we approached the entrance doors we could see 3 employees standing at the desk talking!neither of which could be bothered to hold the doors for us, but they had time to finish their conversation.The same thing happened when we left,two standing talking ,told us to have a nice rest of our day, but neither could be bothered to grab the door.It would be very helpful to your customers with disabilities if someone could help with the doors if they were available.

2 out of 3 times that we have been to this chillies our order has been brought out wrong. This time our server acted weird about it and acted like it was my mistake. Funny thing is the wrong item was something i have never eaten a day in my life so i certainly did not order it. Then charged us an extra 6$ when she brought the right thing out, of course we didnt realize that until after the bill was paid. It also took almost 40mins to get our triple dippers when the restaurant wasn't even half full. We wont be returning for a while for sure.

Sirloin mashed pot. brockley; sirloin was tastey, but on the tough side, Potatoes were excellent, very flavorful, brockly was tender and tastee. Hamburger, was very good. My complaint is check out, a bit confusing when the table divise rejected by gift card, so paid by another card. They required to know how much was on the gift card, it is none of their business. Net time accept my card or don't get paid. They are among the other restaurants who have you pay at the table. I do not support the new customer self check out, especially at dinner when I like to be served a good tasty meal at a reasonable price

Went to chili's with a family member, and we had the triple fajitas. They could not believe the amount of food. Two could really eat one, but you know me. It was just right since I did not have an appetizer. We had street corn with it and a margarita. Delicious and wonderful it was. First time at the salisbury location, very nice.

I know it was Friday but we were told a 20 minute wait to be seated that turned into 40 minutes. The waiter was mush mouthed but brought our drinks pretty quickly and took our orders. When I told him what I wanted he said they were all out, I just glared at him. He said I'm only joking, I didn't find it funny. It took a half hour to get the appetizer and the tortilla chips were burned, it was inedible. I told the waiter take it back because of this. It took another 40 minutes to get the new appetizer. I had told a manager if I didn't have food on my table in five minutes we were leaving. The food finally came half an hour after the corrected nachos came out. My fajitas were bland, as if they were pre cooked and heated in a microwave because there was no char on them. My wife wanted a medium rare steak and it came out cold and medium well. They comped us the appetizer but it was $67 for the rest. A waste of time and money. I never leave food on my plate but only ate 1/4 of my food. The waiter asked if I wanted a box for my food, I said no I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog and I don't like the dog! I expected better food for the prices.
