Food was hard and cold or soggy. I use to love eating here but it’s not worth it anymore. So disappointed.

Buffet Chinese food and American comfort food. Seafood items including shrimp, crabs, fish, lobster, oysters, mussels...chicken wings, ribs, pizza, etc...
Good number of choices for dessert, as well.
Prices are fair for a buffet of many choices to enjoy.

Large buffet. Also has sushi items. It depends on the time of day how good the food is. The dining area is dark, and the carpeting and booths could use a renovation. Cushions have lost their support and carpet is stained. Tables are always wiped off and appear clean, but a redo of the dining area would be welcomed.

Food Sits for hours dries out very hard.
I don’t know what happened last summer they were good everything was now it’s just not the same.Sad.😢

Near the end of our meal we were brought the check while still eating. We wanted to finish our plates before we paid. The server stood at our table until we put down the money. I asked “can you please hold on for a moment?” because I needed to get my wallet. She then leans over me like she’s trying to look in my wallet to see how much money I have. We paid for the total cost PLUS TIP. She tries to grab the money while I am putting it on the table. I told her “go ahead and keep the change” and she made a really snarky face. Before walking away she took out the cash we left and started dramatically counting it at the table. She then looks at us, waving the money around and says really rudely “this is it?”. We said “yes”. All of us were confused and she rolls her eyes and shakes her head and says “mkay”. When she left, our whole table was speechless. The nerve to actually say that to us is crazy!!

I've been waiting for the new managers to settle in. It's been a few months and there is nothing new nor fresh. If anything, it seems Chinatown Buffet is in a slow downward spiral. Myself and husband arrived a bit after 4pm knowing dinner entrées would be set out soon. Paying dinner price, was no problem. By 5pm, nothing. One simple note on one plate of sushi (Dinner guests only) By 5:25pm NOT one thing changed on the buffet lines. What was one line tasted as thou it was yesterday's remains.
Soup was dreadful. My favorite line, Sushi, was the worse I've ever eaten. No tempura, no protines, no flavor. All rice and rolled vegetables. I don't see this group of newbies doing much better in the future. From managers to waitress, I don't forsee much improvement. They have had their time. It's time to move on so the

We've been here several times in the past and had no complaints, but I have no idea what happened today. I don't know if they have a new owner or manager maybe? Maybe it was because we came between lunch and dinner so things were sitting out and not fresh. But today was a huge miss on the food! And the ice cream machine is gone to top it all off.

The food was very mid. For example the meat was crunchy or hard when it should have not been, items were cold or too warm when they should not have been, or were tasteless… etc. the sushi especially was quite bad, no real fish (only minced fish and some sort of tilapia or cod nigiri? Very strange). They should definitely not advertise their sushi.
But it was very affordable price wise so I can’t be too mad.
However, the servers were attentive and paid great attention to our baby and entertained him by waving at him or talking to him when they walked by. That was super awesome of them and we appreciated it!

This isn't to bad butt if you come 2 hrs before closing time. They will put the food away without tell you so when you get up for more there's nothing. Also I had back surgery I ask to sit in back but they said it's closed butt there where alot of people still there. So I don't recommend this place horrible service . Everything put away 1hr before closing time crazy. Then they had the audacity to ask me to pay early lol. Wow
