You all heard that girl working by herself all day she said she called the managers above her and no one answered. This is crazy or no one came in to help her. This is crazy. Y’all know it was Black Friday. Y’all know that y’all needed it to get some help in there to help this girl and she was doing it all by herself y’all know who I’m talking about Tanisha I think or her name but you don’t know her name and when I see her, I’m gonna get her name y’all know you’re wrong at all means this is very disrespectful and very interrupted and I will be making another post.
The place is always a mess and the staff are always rude. Never fails at this location.

Out of chips, guac, a couple meats, and no veggies. My girlfriend only gets veggie bowls so she ended up just getting a bowl of rice but we were still charged for a veggie bowl. No compassion or flexibility from staff
I visited this Chipotle location around 2:45 PM and stood waiting for about five minutes with at least five employees visible none of whom greeted or acknowledged me. I watched staff flipping old product onto new product before anyone came over to take my order.
When my order was finally made, I was charged for sour cream on the side, which has never happened before, and then told I could only have two 1 oz cups of honey vinaigrette with no option to pay for an additional one, even though I offered.
It’s frustrating when guests are willing to pay for something simple and are told it’s not allowed. Between the lack of acknowledgment, questionable food handling, and confusing policy, this visit was very disappointing compared to my usual Chipotle experiences.

Oh boy… This location is pretty hit or miss. Some days, the food is perfect with everything you ordered. Other days… the food is missing things you ordered and paid for. However, my larger complaint is the mobile ordering pickup process. I don’t really understand the point of having a pick up shelf and an app that directs customers to that shelf but then… keeping all the mobile orders behind the counter and having customers come through the line to speak to a team member to pick up, or to stand around waiting until a team member notices them and asks if they’re picking up a mobile order.

Shew, this place is often a mess. Thursday 8pm to go order (placed in store) for 2 entrees & they’re out of almost every protein, most toppings were out or very low. I get 8pm is just post dinner rush but considering it’s open until 11pm that stuff should have been fired on the grill & prepped already, ready to refill through & immediately after the rush. Apologetic at least. Seemed like balls were dropped everywhere, tea/lemonade station out, a mess. This (newish) location is often dirty, every table needs to be wiped down. Seems understaffed a lot of times (another issue/convo plaguing the f&b scene) but overall for Chipotle’s far & wide it’s really unfortunate for what used to be a chain very prideful (10+ years ago) on service, atmosphere, vibes, cleanliness & menu options.

okay so i’m tired of this crap…. it’s been the past 2 nights and you guys don’t have no dang meat, it really gets to a point. after playing a hard fought baseball game i just wanted to stop and enjoy some good chipotle, but guess what i couldn’t BECAUSE THERE NO MEAT….. ive had about enough of this so i guess im gonna have to drive a hour away just to get chipotle, such a disappointment…. if i come one more time and there’s no meat im gonna be real angry…
I wasn't happy with this place a couple months ago. I actually made a complaint that wasn't even acknowledged. Had to go back through the area again and I have it a try. It seems like it had been a total change and I left with a much better feeling.
