Delicious food

Inflexible. The kid’s quesadilla meal has three dividers for toppings, which are normally easy to fill. My kid wants: “Cheese, Rice, Green Salsa.” Not hard! Not extra meat or guac! This Chipotle insists that they have to be specific ones, which are not the ones he wants. Have to pay extra to get his requested sides rather than substituting for ones he declined.

This Chipotle also was stacked high with regular size sides of chips. No kid size sides. “Would he like an orange, or would you like to buy the regular size.” Did not offer his drink. Had to go back and ask for a cup.

Difficult. Inflexible. Long Lines, waited over half an hour our bad experience while they juggled customers and mobile orders.

Don’t. Go.

To Chipotle Corporate that replied on the thread. I have attempted reaching out about kids' quesadilla meal inflexibility before. No meaningful change. No meaningful response. I'd appreciate Chipotle CORPORATE fixing the issue rather than CANNED bot responses that lead nowhere. It's a combination of training local outlets for flexibility and setting up kids meals flexibility ordering at local restaurants and in the app.

This used to be a really good chipotle. Last visit I had the associates visibly did not want to be there. They barely give a decent amount food anymore and for the 2 bowls with guacamole and drinks it was 42 bucks.

Idk what happened or why but my wife gets a bowl with steak and nothing spicy in it like she always does, and I get a burrito with the honey chicken and some spicy stuff like normal, but DAMN hers was as spicy as my burritos normally are and my burrito was like a nuclear bomb going off in my mouth (I use half a bottle of hot sauce every time I use it) I got about half way through my burrito before I literally couldn't take it anymore and my poor wife's eyes were watering and her face was bright red by the time she finished her bowl. Then today comes around and it feels and smells like something died in our stomachs and not in a food was spicy kind of way. I normally love chipotle but DAMN, WHO HURT YOU, AND WHY DID YOU HAVE TO TAKW IT OUT ON US :'(

Today me and my husband went to chipotle and the staff are just nasty people, we had a issue with our server and asked for the manager and she never even came to address the issue I will be calling corporate to report this issue and we will never be returning to this facility !

Im a regular customer basically daily everytime I visit this north location they are out of some type of ingredient not sure how thats possible for a corporate franchise maybe poor management or leadership. Hopefully they can do better.

Front doors are locked. All doors say closed: digital order only which is completely untrue.

Lots of items out of stock. Quac looks disgusting and is brown. Not just some, the entire container.

No ice so all beverages are served warm.

Customer service also lacking.

Restaurant is very dirty and over half the seating isn’t allowed to be used

The lady got my order wrong, my daughter couldn't eat it, spicy. -_- ; the employees are something left to be desired. Borderline rude/idc whatever vibes for most of them I've come across.

Service was absolutely terrible. Everyone was standing around and looked like they were annoyed they had to do their jobs.
We ordered 2 burrito bowls. My boyfriend asked for taco shells on the side and he would pay extra if he needed too, she looked at him like he had three heads and said nothing, so he said never mind forget it.
They were out of steak and the new chicken by 6:30, prime dinner time for most.
Then my boyfriend asked for lite salsa and corn and she gave him a huge scoop on both but little cheese and sour cream when he asked for more??? Got more salsa than we did rice and meat.
There’s 6 people on the line standing around while it’s not busy while ONE person was on the cook like making food, no wonder they were out of everything.
Place looked dirty and grimy for all those employees to be just standing around.
Was very disappointing and we normally love chipotle but definitely won’t be going back to the Salisbury location again.
Someone needs to get new management in this place because whoever it is clearly does not care about the store at all.

The food was delicious.

The service was “really annoyed at you making me do the job I get paid for” marginally decent

The restaurant was a pig sty. Dirty tables, floor and missing trash cans - others overflowing. With 5-6 employees standing watching

The bathroom was GROSS 🤮… it was dirty, splattered, poorly maintained and was actually worse than what you might imagine at an interstate truck stop. If employees ARE washing their hands in THAT bathroom, I am not eating there again!!
