If I could vote 0 I would. There petty and racist. If the person making your bowl is African American there fill the bowl up if the customer is the same. If it's a white customer they get stingy and give you much smaller portions. I've seen this on at least 10 different times so it wasn't just once. Then, they don't even ask they just up charge you 10cent for a bag. Like I'm eating here why do I need a bag. Plus you never asked me... Then they look at you crazy like it's only 10 cent.... Then your explaining to them if you do that 10,000 people a week it adds up.. I'd say skip this one. The one in Ocean City is way better and south sby is even better then north

I enter the location for a pick up order for 7:20pm Once I arrived,I gave my order to the cashier (Maddie). She stated she didn't see my order and continue to proceed ringing .
After standing there wondering what was going on , I believe the printer went out and that my order was never made . Instead of explaining or giving me clarity about what happened ,she didn't .As I continued to stand there she continued to help others. At one point ,another associate (I wish I received her name ) went over to the machine and fixed the issue and made my order . Instead of Maddie taking care of my order for the inconvenience, she stated I believe someone is taking care of it. I am a Liaison Training manager in the DE/PHL for a retail company and I totally understand things happen but Maddie customer services skills were not Pleasant. There was no sense of urgency and there was no apology for the inconvenience as well . Once my order was completed she rolled her eyes and gave me my bag . I hope that Maddie learns for this experience and she works on conflict resolution around customer experience.

I am only reviewing now because this happens so often, but today was exponentially upsetting.. many times I have driven to get food and many times the doors are locked when they are marked open online.. today at 11:12am it happened again, but the frustrating part this time is several employees are inside just eating food, and when you try to get their attention they don’t even acknowledge you while standing outside in the rain.. I’ve seen many people come and go, no sign on the door (ever), no acknowledgement, very unprofessional…

The fact that the food is good and I have a favorite item that I can order at any chipotle site is the only reason I bought my dinner at this site.
The drink station was a disaster. It was obviously neglected. There was trash all around, a wet floor with a wet floor sign on its side about 3 feet away, and no knives forks or spoons at all. The tables needed cleaning.
I saw most people were getting take-out, and I can see why. I decided to eat in my car to have a more pleasant experience.
Hope this isn't how they do business daily. If so I doubt they will remain open...

They shake the spoon and give you kid portions and then charge you $16 dollars for a bowl.

I just had an odd experience at your N Salisbury Blvd location in Salisbury MD. I wanted mild salsa and was told they were out of mild salsa. Then I get to the cash register and look over and there is a container of mild salsa. When I asked the cashier why I could not have any of the salsa that was right there I was told I could not because it’s only for call in or mobile orders. it is 7:00 PM on a Saturday and you have several more hours left to operate so no walk in customers actually get mild salsa if they want it. What about customers who cannot have the medium or hot sauce due to the spiciness. Which is this case. So are those customers just out of luck?? Just something very odd and either the restaurant was not equipped with enough to make it through the day and refused to make more or just didn’t care to serve the paying customer. Bad customer service is what it felt like.

Found a chunk of cardboard in my salad. Took it to one of the staff who simply said," thank you for letting us know". Place was dirty. Hard to find a spot clean enough to sit down. Trash over flowing the can. I've been disappointed in the past but gave it another try today. Never again.

Several very unprofessional, rude worker. Always out of utensils and food items. No tops for cups, no forks, out of items frequently. Manager informed me fajita veggies being prepared were only for "online orders". In-store customers could not receive it. Seemed very backwards to me. Management needs to take pride in their job and keep the place clean and well stocked.

I know it was busy on 12/31 that was obvious in the store. When got the cash register, I asked the young lady was there a order for me. She just I'm not sure. A few minutes goes by and she calls my name. She was not pleasant to deal with. I go to the car and return to purchase a small guacamole. She was just not pleasant.

Came in around 8pm to get dinner with my wife they were out of cheese, guacamole, steak, fajita, and some other stuff. This was on a Saturday. Place is poorly managed tables are dirty trash overflowing and soda station was disgusting. Wont be back this place is trash.

My husband went to pick up dinner there tonight. He was told at 7:10pm that they were out of white rice and that they aren't cooking anymore. If the store closes at 11pm why would there not be anymore white rice being cooked? The customer service is not acceptable at this location. Most of the time, workers don't seem like they want to be there. We never are 100% satisfied with this location yet we still keep going. After tonight, the location next to SU will be where we go. Never had a problem there.
