Went in to place a order they was out of queso but they had some on the online line they didn’t want to give me some they even got smart with me both the managers on duty then the cashier snatched my money so unprofessional

Wanted to dine in. The employees were pleasant but the restaurant was horrible. No napkins, soda machine was broken so no drink. All the tables in the restaurant had food all over them. I had to ask someone to clean the table off so I could eat. He took napkins from behind the counter to wipe the table. At one point everyone was standing behind the counter doing nothing while these tables are still dirty. Very Very disappointed.

Tasty and delicious, lots of options to customize your meal. Good service but the acoustics are awful. It's nerve rattling on a busy day but fortunately there's outside seating on nicer days.

Horrible experience. I ordered a bowl with double protein. The tall white guy with the lazy eye is rude and disgusting. This is my 3rd encounter with him at this location. This nice young man started my order then that guy got it snatched it from him and I said I had double protein he said yeah that’s what you get. WHAT? I am paying for double protein and you barely give me a single protein serving? This is ridiculous. Rushing me to make my bowl while there was nobody in the store. And also charging me for double protein while you barely give me a single serving.
DON’T EAT HERE! Go to a different location. BE AWARE! They will charge you and you will barely get any meat or toppings on your order.

I think Chipotle might be the only fast food place left where you can get a sizeable meal that's reliably gluten free for just barely under $10. You can make one bowl last for two meals with enough self control. Just be mindful that prices may vary within the region. The north Salisbury location is slightly more expensive than this location in south Salisbury.

I come in there to get food for my mom and me Order a white man working in the bag very disrespectful very rude. Rushing me to get out as I’m trying just to read off the order to him from my mother. Gives me an attitude because I wanted food for myself I would not recommend coming here. Their attitudes are horrible. Not very welcoming very small portions barely gave me what I even paid for. I’m not even the one to complain, but this is literally outrageous

Absolutely one of the worst experiences they barely put anything in my bowl and then proceeded to drop dirty plastic plate markers into the Barbacoa sauce. Let it sit there for a minute, then proceeded to hold it and let it drip over my bowl. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve worked in restaurants for 14 years. The brown/ blonde haired girl with glasses working the register 9/19, needs to be fired.
I ordered carry out on the app which was recommended by the manager so that the food was ready on my way to work. There was no one in line and I waited five minutes at the register waiting to ask where my food was since it was not in the carry out window. There were 15 bags stacked behind the counter one of which was mine. The girl proceeded to ignore me and clean the counter and when 10 minutes had passed she asks the name of the order. I told her and said it was being made in the back. When the orders from the back came out, none were mine. The girl didn’t even read the bags on the counter behind her, mine was sitting there the entire time I was waiting in the store, my food was cold, her attitude was horrid, and was blatantly rude when she handed me my meal that was ruined. I won’t be returning and something should definitely be done about the poor customer service because I don’t think anyone would want to spend money at an establishment so poorly maintained.

Walked in at 8PM to a girl cleaning the tortilla press… she said no words just looked at us like we were bugging her. Sure to the attitude she had I thought “ok are they about to close?” So I looked it up and they don’t close till 11. She still ignored us and kept cleaning it not saying anything. After standing there awkwardly for about 5 minutes another person came over to us and asked what we wanted. He was nice. We got our bowls even though WE WANTED BURRITOS and started eating them immediately just for them to be cold and our chips stale… paid 50$ for cold and stale food. Supper frustrating!! I could have paid 20$ for Taco Bell… that would have been at least warm. 😑

The food is good. I always like coming here to grab chipotle. One thing that bothered me some was when some staff was talking over the food that was sitting in the food line. But other than that everything is usually pretty good.

Um, where do I start? DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER!! I love Chipotle but I only get it once in a while because it is expensive!! I decided that for the first time ever, I would use the Mobile Order. I get a 30-minute lunch break and that would cut down on time waiting in line. WRONG! I stood and waited for 30-minutes, watching as the walk-in customers were prioritized over the customers who ordered and PAID 30-40 minutes ago! To add to my anger, I get back to work, already upset that I have to rush and eat because my 30-minute lunch break is OVER, I take the lid off my burrito bowl and the order is WRONG!!! There are maybe 3 pieces of chicken, toppings I did not request. I will never be ordering online again. Ordering in person and watching the bowl be made, is much better. And apparently the walk-in customers go first!
