Probably worst Chipotle I’ve been in. Low cleanliness and employees always have a bad attitude. They pretend they can’t hear you and put other toppings that you don’t ask for on instead of the ones you asked for, ruining the meal. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

During my last visit to this Chipotle location, the restaurant was out of many of its products, consisting of steak, fajitas, and guacamole. While this is expected to happen on occasion, a frequent recurrence of this situation becomes seemingly irritating to its customers. Although I’ll still return, I believe management needs to more properly order food products as other consumers are not as forgiving.

This was the worst service at a Chipotle I've ever encountered. While there was a long line, one member of the staff decided it was a great time to sweep the floor. There was a gentleman there who came in to pick up an order that he'd made online and it was not started or ready. What typically takes maybe 5min or so took double the amount of time as we watched the staff member do everything except acknowledge the line. Their coworkers also became frustrated. Luckily, I don't have reasons to be in Salisbury often.

Went in for brisket and was told that I could only get brisket if I ordered online so u said you mean that you have brisket here but I can't have any unless I order online and she said yes. I won't be eating there any more stupid people work there.

I recently ate at chipotle Salisbury, Maryland steak in my bowl was dry and hard, and every table in the restaurant was filthy all of the drinks as far as the juices were completely empty. I asked for a cloth to clean the table and the cashier handed me the cloth instead of offering to clean the table

Had to wait over an hour for an online order and then when I got home the order was made sloppy and wrong. I couldn't get a refund from the store because it was ordered through the app

The store always STINKS like dirty mop water and makes it very unappetizing to eat here.

The quality of the meats and amount can use an upgrade. The employees attitude feels like, how fast can I serve you while taking the order... "next".
Don't expect, smiles or Thank yous. Cleanliness throughout the restaurant especially garbage cans overflowing, need immediate attention.

Used to be better. I hope I don't get sick. I did eat it what they gave me. If I ate it in the dark it'd be nice but the weight was light too.
