We frequently visit the Salisbury Md Location . The staff there are so amazing Monae, Elisha, Aubrey, are just a few that are usually there when we visit. There are others but I can’t remember their names but I recognize their smiling faces when we are there. They are outstanding!! So friendly and accommodating. And Very patient in the child base atmosphere especially when they are selecting prizes . The location does need a new look but In order to do so they need us to help them with their sales. I will highly recommend the 2 month pass promotion it definitely pays for itself in two visits and then the other 28 days are free. The kids can come daily and play with this pass.Also Buy the chuckee cups for free unlimited drinks on every visit. I can tell you that we have never had a bad visit and my granddaughter is on first name basis with many of the employees as she loves going there . Thank you Brenda Downes

The food was ok but I didn't like how chuck came once did one walk thru in went back in the back in he could've stayed out at least an 1 hr not 10 seconds that was disappointing lol and the prices on the wall is very high 8000 tickets no one can get to that so that's disappointing as well ? but service did amazing tonight like how they clean after every service and always smiling and interacting with the kids the guy on cashier was sweet and the lady's as well so amazing job crew ? chuck only one who need do better lol and the pizza we order a large but I guess it's medium on the down low or they don't no how make it large but it's fine we had fun

So disappointed with perfect increase, food wasn't as good as I remember, and the paying extra for the trampoline was just insane... for my 2 kids, 45min play pass each, food and trampoline, $140 later ...not going back, zoo& pizza hut pizza at the picnic tables by the handstand and playground makes them just as happy amd cheaper

I used to hate this franchise, but over the years, they really have stepped it up. The employees here were awesome, and the food wasn't bad. A bit pricey since their niche is kids . The pizza tastes decent , and there are plenty of games. I'm not a fan of the $10 extra for the trampoline area,now that's a ripoff. The salad bar needed to have all the melted ice around it wiped up, but it was clean, and they had a birthday party for some little monsters, and it was still clean. Not to much to complain about other than it can get pricey with a family of 4 with food and 2.49 for a bottle of water . Wow.

Bathrooms are not clean or stocked, anytime we have gone and we make a point of going during the not busy hours. Watch out for wet spots on the hard floors which are super slippery and seem to go unnoticed unless brought to the attention of the staff. Staff are polite and food is okay. So we were here once a month until the summer pass, now we here 3 to 4 times a week plus dinner there at least once a week. Which was great UNTIL they added the trampoline which is $10 extra each time. So we asked is there a one tine fee we can add to the summer pass, no there isnt. Now my 3 yr old screams and cries bc we not adding an additional $30 to $40 every week plus food to each visit. A d this location aint that busy and now we prob won't be back soon bc it's heartbreaking for our 3 yr old to breakdown and cry bc she can't jump at every visit. If they said we can pay $50 to add the jump to the summer pass then that's a good deal bc we are the customer that comes in often. They drive away the repeat customer.
