My daughters both celebrated their birthday here at chucke cheese! The pizza was hot and fresh! The desert to follow was right on time! Our party host Deziyah was AMAZING! She made every effort to help with the children and make the experience special! I appreciate also Sahara stepping in towards the end to help where needed. These party hosts made our trip worth while! I would definitely recommend them for toddler parties! I have written limited reviews so the fact that I’m writing this review is significant. We got to the establishment at 12:20 pm. I ordered a pizza and wings. At 12:50 I asked if my food was close to being ready. The cashier went back and told me 10 more minutes. After 20 more minutes I almost lost it on them and they then brought out my food. I then went to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in any stall. Another patron asked for the soda key to unlock the soda machines. I wasted $90 today in this experience. I would not recommend this Chuck E. Cheese.

We enjoy coming here. Today, a random Thursday afternoon, there were three staff members randomly working in the building. One was designated to the cashier/prize/kid check-in role, and the other two meandered between tasks. There may have been one other family there to play, but overall, it was clean, most of the games worked, and the pizza came out pretty quickly. I recommend buying timed cards instead of game points. We went through our points faster than we expected, and I ended up spending twice as much to buy a timed card.

We went on a Friday evening, which surprisingly was not busy. Games were fun for the kids.Sahara was so nice and super helpful!This is one of the cleaner ones we've been to. Food was good and fresh.All the games are between 1-2 "tokens", and I think only one is 3 "tokens".

I have loved Chuck E. Cheese since I was a little girl but the atmosphere of the Chuck E. Cheese building has changed so very much from when I was a little girl. I remember there used to be a big stage that all of the crew would come out onto and sing happy birthday to all the kids and walk around taking pictures with all the kids and their families!! I don't remember there being as many games as there are now and they also had a kids play tunnel that went up to the ceiling and around most of the building for the kids to crawl around in and look down at their families!! There was a lot more tables and space for the families to sit with their children and enjoy eating and watching the crew on the stage singing and dancing to the songs that were being played. The machines required tokens back then not cards that you have to scan and there were several token machines around the building for you to get more tokens when you ran out of them the counter to order your food and tokens wasn't connected to the counter with the prizes and both counters were a lot bigger then they are now so there was a lot more to choose from in the prizes. I did enjoy myself at this location and my kids had an amazing time I just really miss the way that Chuck E. Cheese used to be.Kid-friendliness: This place is the best place for kids to play and have a great time and just be themselves!!! The person who dresses in the Chuck E. Cheese costume is great he makes all the kids feel happy loved and heard!!!
