Cold Stone Creamery

Went to this store in Salisbury for a sweet treat. When they rung up the Boo batter ice cream taco and I made a comment about it being $10 The owner (I assume that is who that was) said well you just don’t have to buy it. I kindly told her that I think i $10 is a bit much for an ice cream taco however I was still going to buy it as that is all my son wanted from the store. She huffed and walked away after our interaction. The nice gentleman that was helping me agreed that $10 was a lot for an ice cream taco. The quality of product is great however the customer service sucks and the prices are rather expensive. For $40 I could have gone to the grocery store and bought everything to make ice cream sundaes at home.

I absolutely love this place! Stone Cold Creamery in Salisbury is always clean, welcoming, and efficient! Their customer service is excellent, and I love that they offer dairy-free options—Silk Almond Chocolate is my favorite. Special thanks to Cheer Jr., whose warm smile and enthusiasm turned my day around. I’ll be back weekly!

Ice cream was good as well as the service.

Came from out of town on a late sunday and felt very welcomed by the staff, both friendly and efficient

Very unfortunate store policy requiring delivery drivers to bring a bag in when the delivery driver is not getting enough money for the order to be worth putting a bag in to begin with. I understand you want to make sure the ice cream goes to your customer, but if the customer doesn't tip enough maybe they should come get it themselves

Very small. But quick service

The worker needs to work on communication with disabled and deaf people too. When I show them the phone note, they sometimes give me an attitude, and they don't smile as if they're sure they'll make it.

I bought a cake and the delivery was terrible and the service provided was unresponsive.

Went to a stone cold food truck. Ice-cream was soft.only 2 strawberry and whipped topping was melted. Refused gift card also
