Amazing value. Place has a lot of character. Almost like Waffle House's fast food cousin. You can pig out or be frugal and split trays amongst the family. Always a fun stop on a road trip. Cheer wine is a plus.
I went to cook out for some lunch and I usually receive pretty decent service but today I was disgusted to see how they served the corndog in my order. I have pictures but it doesn’t let me include/post them. Do better.

Drove almost an hour to this location for a milkshake because cook out has the best only to be told they aren't making milkshakes right now. Then tried to go inside to speak with a manager only to reach the door that has a sign stating lobby closed. WTHeck is going on with Cook Out???

My family and I were on a long road trip relocating from New York to Georgia and decided to go thru the drive thru for a bite in Maryland. We went in TWO cars and my sister paid for us, we were behind her since she was carrying all the cash. We pull up expecting to be told our order was paid for by the girl instead she tells us our total... we called my sister and asked did you not pay for us? But turns out she did. I no joke watched the girl at the register messing with her pants while she spoke with another young lady with eye glasses. She literally tried to steal the entire total our food added up to which was almost $30 for our car woah were we SHOCKED. That experience was the most crooked things I EVER seen. So heads up on this place don't pay for the car behind you because the cashier we had will pocket it.

The manager today was very rude ..don't have a receipt he wouldn't give it back after we just said sir we ordered fries not hus pippies. He was very nasty

Sat at the order board for 20 minutes while a line formed behind our car. No one ever called to take my order. I said “hello” several times before pulling up to the window. I was it told immediately at the window that I can’t alter my order once I got to the window. I stated that I never in fact ordered because I waited 20 minutes for no one to come to take my order. The employee said hang on one second, then walked away. When he returned he told me I’d have to go through the line again. I pulled away and took my money elsewhere. I’d like to speak to a manager about this, so I am requesting a follow up. 1:28 pm on Oct 27th.
