I went here @1:30 on a Saturday afternoon, ordered a chicken quesadilla trey, honey mustard wrap, & fries. When I got home I saw there were no fries in the bag & the honey mustard wrap had no chicken..just bread & sauce. I called to talk about it & the worker would just pick up the phone & hang up. Would love to speak with someone about this

We will never eat here again!! My friend found a piece of plastic in her quesadilla! The manager showed a non caring attitude and lack of empathy for others. No apology was given. They asked to remake the food, but we declined and received a refund and left. Dirty tables was a red flag that we ignored. Shame on us! Don’t eat here. Cheap food, cheap service, dirty tables, and this is the results. Plastic in the food.

Came through the drive thru to get a milkshake and they got my order wrong 3 times I asked if I could get any thing complementary I was denied

The food was great and the milkshakes are excellent. I had stopped doing milkshakes from other restaurants because they were not thick like back in the day but Cook Out has the shakes that I know as shakes, extremely thick and with great flavor.

Stopped at the Cook Out in Salisbury and was really impressed! The food came out fast, fresh, and hot. The burgers had that perfect char-grilled flavor, the sides were on point, and you can never go wrong with their huge variety of milkshakes.
The staff was friendly and kept the line moving even during a busy rush, which I really appreciated. The prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get, and everything tasted great.
If you’re in the area and want a solid meal without the wait—or the high prices—Cook Out Salisbury is definitely worth the stop. I’ll be back!

Food was good but customer service was horrible. I get it, fast food work can suck, probably a college student and having a bad day but I worked in food service for YEARS. Gotta at the very least push out a “Have a nice day” instead of tossing the food box out of window and slamming it shut like you could care less. Hope it gets better for you young man.

The food is fantastic but the workers incompetent to the max. Every time I got to pray for luck I get a good worker they mess up my order half of the time or give me smaller portions of what I order and they take FOREVER IF YOU WALK IN BUT YOU GET IT FAST IF YOU DO Drive-through.
