Carol helped me craft the most lovely post-wedding brunch party at my home for 60 people. Her french toast casserole, quiches, meatballs and crab dip got rave reviews from our crowd. Carol was a delight to work with, as she was extremely detail oriented, asked me great questions, and helped guide me as to what was best for my event. She met with me twice, at my home, to discuss plans for set up and to ensure that precise details were achieved. Carol was organized and very reliable. Carol catered my Nieces wedding appetizers with a ice filled decorative boat and scallop shell decorated for shucked Oysters and Steamed Shrimp. All the trimmings with fruit trays, cheese trays, and her DELICIOUS CRAB DIP with toastinies. Just perfect! Her team is so Professional, catered to the wedding party and excellent set up & clean up. Carol does a wonderful customized job.

Creative Catering By Carol Thomas never disappoints. Carol dropped our food off on time as promised and everything was so tasty. Our guests commented how delicious the food was. We had pulled pork and brisket sliders, corn on the cob, red skin potato salad, mozzarella and tomato salad with a balsamic reduction. Carol worked with our budget. We even rented additional chafing dishes for a side dish that was brought for our occasion. We have used Carol Thomas for other events and luncheons before and will continue to use her services in the future. No matter what size event you have, she can handle it! Thanks again Carol!

Overcharged and under delivered! Cold soup and cold tea for a tea party! Was not given a quote until 2 days before the affair so too late to cancel. Food ok but was basically robbed on price per person for amount of food prepared. Would not recommend!
