Carol catered my Nieces wedding appetizers with a ice filled decorative boat and scallop shell decorated for shucked Oysters and Steamed Shrimp. All the trimmings with fruit trays, cheese trays, and her DELICIOUS CRAB DIP with toastinies. Just perfect! Her team is so Professional, catered to the wedding party and excellent set up & clean up. Carol does a wonderful customized job.
Creative Catering By Carol Thomas never disappoints. Carol dropped our food off on time as promised and everything was so tasty. Our guests commented how delicious the food was. We had pulled pork and brisket sliders, corn on the cob, red skin potato salad, mozzarella and tomato salad with a balsamic reduction. Carol worked with our budget.
