Tonight I took my kids to your location to get ice cream. I placed my order on the app prior to getting there. When I got in the drive thru I told them I had a mobile order, which I was advised that it was not showing up. I advised them that I had an email confirmation that I could show them. I love their blizzards!!❤️ I miss the banana cream pie blizzard.
Currently in the drive thru!! I have waited 45 minutes cars leaving before and after me!! When the last car left the window I pulled up and they were clueless why I was there!! I have now ordered and we are going on 10 minutes still nothing!!! I don't normally do this but I promised my little girl ice cream after she sang tonight! The customer service is excellent, with friendly voices, smiling faces, and clean grounds. The staff goes above and beyond for customers, even for special occasions like a child's birthday. Andre, one of the employees, is always there to greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service. Overall, it's a great visit with a promise to return.
