Tonight I took my kids to your location to get ice cream. I placed my order on the app prior to getting there. When I got in the drive thru I told them I had a mobile order, which I was advised that it was not showing up. I advised them that I had an email confirmation that I could show them. I drove up to the window and showed who I later found out was manager Stanford. I showed him the email, which he told me there was nothing he could do since it was not showing up.
