Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

While visiting Salisbury I went to this Dairy Queen many times. Yes, I love ice cream that much. My family and I got a variety of items from here and they were all freshly made and tasted good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 overall is because it took a long time for our food and ice cream to come out each time we were there. It seems like one or two extra workers would help move things faster. I still rated the “service” as 5 stars individually though, because this Dairy Queen has the friendliest and kindest bunch of workers I’ve seen in a long time. They all really seem to love their job, and they were all very welcoming and friendly to us and everyone that came in while we were there. We ate in the dining area once while there and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

This location will take 15-25 minutes longer of a wait time in the drive thru instead of just going to the other location on nanticoke road. This location has always been extremely slow doesn’t seem like a staffing issue to me, I just know to avoid it at peak hours. Also to note, everytime I order from here the blizzards don’t have nearly as much toppings as any other DQ I go to. Just go to the nanticoke location you’ll be happier all around honestly. This is years of visits btw

This little gem in Salisbury was awesome. My burger and fries were done perfectly. The young lady working the counter was so nice. She even brought the meal to me.

As slow as a sloth. Waited in drive thru for 20 mins and still not at window. Waited almost 5 for them to answer speaker. If it weren’t for the fact we placed the order online we would have left.

Went a couple times recently on impulse, for a treat. I'm a very patient person, but I think they may need to hire some more staff or change something to entice workers to apply. Long wait times often; today with many cars pulling out of the line, and half melted ice cream when we did get to the window. Seems like things are rough over there. Three people working max, maybe even just two, at 7pm in the summer. The blizzards we got did have good flavor and the people at the window were nice. You just can't manage the volume they had with so few people.

Waited in line for 30 mins for melted icecream

Sat in the drive thru for over half an hour, currently sitting here writing the review right now. This is not a busy time this DQ is never necessarily busy, quite ridiculous how long this has taken. Poor management. When I finally got to the window the guy working the window was very unprofessional didn’t even reply to us or give a receipt. There was only 2 cars ahead of us!
