Ordered food over the phone to their store and when arrived was told they did not have an order for us. We called the same number that we had called to place our order and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. We called again and was put on hold again. I called from a different phone and they picked up to help me and proceeded to inform me that they must have given our order to another customer. No apology or that they would fix it and make another order. Horrible...read full review
