I ordered a pizza ..it said that the driver left at 11:08 I am only 2.5 miles from them and he didn't get here until 11:25. The pizza was all over the box and dry as it could be. This is my last order with Dominos
Ordered online to pick-up at 5:45pm. I arrived a few minutes early and went inside the store. There were 4 employees inside and not one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I finally said loudly, "hello, anyone see me?" and a guy finally came over to ask what I wanted. I told him I had placed an online order and he said they were working on it. I stood there approximately 15 minutes while they waited on other customers. After all that, the pizza was disgusting! New York style - what a joke. It wasn't cooked thoroughly and was falling apart because it wasn't crispy at all. Never again!

Broken website and lack of ability to pick up a phone for 20 minutes.
Not sure of the name of the girl (short and light skin with a puff) that assisted me today around 430ish but as she was bringing out another customer’s order I was walking towards the door. She held the door and waited for me and didn’t hesitate to ask me if I was picking up an order before heading behind the counter, she was very polite and very sweet. Swift service ?

How hard is it to “Square Cut” my pizza like I ordered? It clearly states that is my request! I ordered Square Cut for a reason! The photos will show what I ordered and what I was given! Do better and please pay attention to your customers requests/orders!

Ordered my pizza and went to pick it up. They didn’t have it ready until like 15 minutes after I got there- mind you- I got there like 10 minutes after I placed the order over the phone. I had to wait basically half an hour JUST for a small pizza.

I ordered a gluten free, a pepperoni and a large with everything. They sent me the new York style large, hard as a rock and cold. They need to LISTEN. It pisses people off when it's that expensive and freaking wrong

Buyer beware they can and will overchage you. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Domino's charged me 12 times for the food. The system only refunded me 9 times. I went in and spoke with a manager. He looked up the order, and communicates he only sees 1 charge. I show him my bank statement, he calls his boss, then tells me they cannot do anything and I should be refunded. It's been over 6 days no refund. I asked to get a phone call from the district manger. They store refused to give me his info. I left my cell phone number, never recieved a call back. Customer service is an AI text bot, they just direct you back to the location. So regardless if I get my money refunded. I will no longer be purchasing food from Dominos. My family and friends will not as well, because they do not want to be over charged 12 times. All the people on my social media will know of my very poor experience and Domino's.

Placed an order one time and didn’t receive my 2 liter soda. Was never credited to my card or received in a later order. Never order extra sauces because they won’t show up. The employees there have the iq equal to or less than a stick. The employees do a great job a missing the mark.

I just placed an order, and I'm ready to give it a review. I will say this is not my first time ordering from them with no complaints. I did encounter a mistake, and they solved it immediately. After I receive my order, I will say what I have to say about my review. I had really bad services and poor food quality from the dominoes on n. Salisbury.

Ordered two online orders last night. Although I told the staff I had an email that I could show them on what my order was and how I ordered it, and it was not what I received nor what I was rung up for on my receipt. This happened with both orders. The staff insisted I did not order my meal the way I had, when I offered to show them the email stating how I had ordered them, they told me I could bring the food all the way and it had to be UNTOUCHED for them to do anything about it. This was managements words apparently. I have never gone somewhere that made it so difficult to right their own wrongdoings. Things like this happen frequently at this location and for this reason I will be going to a different dominos although this location is 5 minutes from my home. Management and lobby staff could use lessons on customer service.

Good evening, I don’t normally do reviews however decided to make an exception for the customer service I just experienced. I placed a car side to go order and my husband picked it up, when he got home discovered the plain cheese pizza for my 7 year old was covered in pepperoni and pineapple (total meltdown) from my daughter. I called the store and told them about receiving an incorrect order and was told I would need to return the pizza and “exchange” it for a plain pizza. Okay, slight inconvenience however that’s fine. My husband was on his way out to his mother’s home to care for her and was unable to drive back for the pizza. Just a little bit of background information I recently tested positive for Covid 19 and have been quarantining at home so I am not physically able to drive to the pizza shop store and exchange the pizza, even though maybe I should have just to let them know how ridiculously disgusting it is they want me to bring back a pizza that has been in a Covid home. But okay. My daughter ends up having a piece from another pizza and takes the toppings off.. I call the store and they tell me since they have already made the pizza I have to come and pick it up. Excuse me?? The gentleman I spoke to was insisting upon me picking up this pizza tonight. Unbelievable. First this is Domino’s a national chain that should be able to salvage a plain cheese pizza and write it off or even use it for another order it’s a plain cheese pizza. I called and spoke with the manager Elisha and she was awesome.. she explained to me the misunderstanding regarding them thinking I had ordered the wrong pizza not was given the wrong pizza. After clarification my issue was resolved. she is the reason I redid my review. She took the time to listen and address my issue immediately. She has excellent customer service relations and is a value to the company!!
