Came here as I had been craving a coffee and a donut for weeks and it was upsetting to encounter a rude employee. I feel as though the training should be better on how to treat customers. It’s sad to see that many have felt the same way I did with customer service here. I didn’t catch her name but she was a young Asian girl. Even with a basic order she was confused, sounded so unenthusiastic and rude, no manners, I get we can all have bad days but if you’re working taking orders customer service is your priority. Also, this Dunkin was basically out of all their donuts! Extremely low work ethic. If taking orders is a major stressor, as someone else said, you’re just not fit for the job.

Malayah should've got better training on how to deal with customers and basic orders. It's sad to see how low the work ethic is in there. A little enthusiasm would be nice but if a basic order stresses employees out I don't think their fit for the position. I will say the Girl Bri and Anna were accomodationg and sweet. Dunkins a team effort so it's sad to see when one fails the others do too

Can never get my order out without being interrupted as others have stated, and the order is never correct bc they are speaking over you in the drive through. I gave two stars bc it's close to home but at this point I'll start taking the ride across town.

This franchisee should be ashamed. If it's the same franchise as the other dunkins in town, they need to look hard at their mgmt at this location. Dirty everywhere in lobby, messy behind counter. One person making online and in store orders, like 6 people working in the most inefficient and unorganized way I have seen in a place like this.
The staff is rarely pleasant and I don't like going to the South Salisbury location for this reason.

I've been here many times with no problems. Today I went through the drivethrough I got donuts and when I bit into one it tasted horrible. I went to bring them back and as soon as I stepped inside I realized the taste was from whatever the horrible smell is inside. It was so bad. A really harsh chemical smell. I asked the cashier what the smell is and she lied and said it must be the coffee. Bruh.

The red hair girl behind the counter is rude and obnoxious I was in town 2 days and both days she was rude when I requested cream on the side. She explained “I put it in the coffee “ I asked can I have a few more. 2nd day I ordered 4 large coffee which the same girl placed on the counter and walked away. After a few minutes standing there while she worked the drive through window I finally asked can I have a cup carrier she replied “I am getting it you need to wait a minute” she is a nasty rude ignorant person!! Will never go back again.
