I was having an issue with my promo code yesterday and the store manager, Kim tried assisting but it still wasn't working. However, I ended up leaving with what I came for. She had great customer service and made sure I left satisfied. Thank you

Went 1030pm and my donuts were fresh. My pumpkins latte had just the right amount of sweetener. Great end of a long evening snack. 2 hr drive ahead

I understand it gets busy but you guys have to stop rushing the orders, ever since the remodel I’ve been having a terrible experience here and I actually switched to tilghman or the DD by Sam’s club and I never have a issue but everytime I decide to give this location another chance I always leave disappointed , from putting milk in ur coffee instead of creamer , to freezing cold uncooked hash browns this morning , to literally spoiled milk in my mocha… you guys need to get it together , idk who manages this store but u guys need to hire someone better.

Perfect place to get your morning needs, staff are literally amazing and so kind and the beverages are great. Sometimes the bagels and English muffins are a little burnt but still tasty lol😋

This 1 star is for the fact that I bought a ham and Swiss croissant stuffer and it was only 1 piece of ham in it when clearly the advertisement shows it stuffed this is not acceptable like I’m a child lol

Take my wife there every work day morning for her coffee before dropping off at the hospital. Some days there's a line, others not, but either way the speed and accuracy of service as been elite. Only wish there tone was a bit more polite and cheerful, but I'm sure they're used to angry morning people on the daily..

I’ve been here a few times since the remodel and each time has been incredibly long wait times. I always order ahead on the app, so I’m not sure why when I place an order 10 minutes in advance, I’m still waiting in the lobby for several minutes. Mind you this is EARLY before the usual breakfast/prework rush…
With the number of coffee spots in Salisbury, Dunkin needs to do better.

Third time since the end of July I’ve been through the drive thru and had incredibly rude service. No hello, or thank you, or even telling me the correct price. Something as simple as a coffee and donut transaction shouldn’t be so difficult. I get customer service can be hard at times but the easiest thing to do is say hello and thank you. I think I’ll start getting coffee from the local place. At least they’re nice.

I just used the drive through ..everything went as it should.. they do have an indoor seating area which I did not use. They usually have a bathroom in these places.

I'm a frequent visitor so the staff have gotten to know me and they are just the greatest folks. Kind, efficient and always ready with a warm greeting regardless of how busy they are. Oh, and the coffee, hot or iced, as well as the pastries and sandwiches are second to none. For a product line to claim that America runs on it, its got to be amazing right??? Dunkin and its employees here do not miss that mark! Highly recommended!
