When my family and I got there around 6:15pm on 12/9/2025 I was suprised to see the doors were locked. I understand that some restaurants lock their doors at a certain time and leave the drive thru open (probably because Salisbury, MD is such a high crime area) but 6 freaking 15?!?!? Really?!?!? Went to the drive thru and they got my order wrong because they gave me an apple fritter when I asked for a coffee roll and the hot chocolate tasted watered down.

This specific Dunkin has never not once gotten my orders correctly. Without fail every single time. When I order in the drive-thru they generally repeat it back correctly, however, when I get to the window they either ask what it was I got again or they repeat it half correctly. They've charged me for extra toppings and given me drinks without what I paid extra for. They've handed me drinks that were not anything at all that I ordered and then in turn had to remake what I ordered , wasting the incorrect drink. I RARELY make Google Reviews but today after handing me a frozen coffee without the 7 pumps of caramel that I asked for, I decided it was appropriate to make a review. We have 3 DD buildings in our town of Salisbury, Maryland and this is the only location that can NEVER get it together.

This seemed like an off day, our donut had no icing, they were out of milk and service was poor. This is not the norm for any visit we have ever had a dunkin. We will try again next time we are on the east coast.

Last week, I picked up my mobile order. Once I got to the window, the young man just reached my drink. He never verified it was my drink. He never greeted me. He just closed the window and walked off. I will visit Dunkin, but not this location.

I was a little put off when I left the drive through because the young man working it was not friendly at all. Actually came off as annoyed. That in itself wasn’t a reason for a review. But then I get home and open my bags. I’m not sure why the employee thought I wouldn’t notice the burnt portion of my sandwich. I would’ve waited for a redo. Then the ask was for cream cheese on the side. That is indeed cream cheese on the bagel. Not pleased at all with this experience.

I’ve been coming to this location for five years or so. But this morning was the absolute worst experience. I placed a mobile order and I gave them at least 20 minutes to get the food ready. When I arrived to pick it up in the drive-through, they were not busy, I took my food and pulled away and then I checked it. I was missing a bagel. So I pulled back through the drive-through, which again was not busy and I explained to them what happened and whoever was on the speaker, which was a female had a sort of attitude when I explained to them what happened.
I pull around to the window and I explained to the young kid what happened and he was very pleasant. The manager walked over with a bag and sort of flung it to him at which point I asked if I could get a extra cream cheese and I explain to them that on the app it doesn’t give you the option to add cream cheese. With a very sarcastic face and with an attitude, she said it’ll be $1.48. I said just forget it.
Was not busy when I was here, my mobile order was 8962 and it’s probably gonna be a while before I come back to this location. I can understand if it was busy, I can understand if it was my mistake, but it wasn’t. The customer service was just awful from whoever the female in the red shirt was.
In 2024 there are way too many options out here as far as bagels and donuts, my kids wanted Dunkin flavored so I came here. But in the future, they might want to realize all the options people have how they treat people.

My order was right on the receipt but not in the cup! Didn't get the things I requested and paid extra for. When I came back in and told the young lady at the register she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. Didn't even offer to fix it ! So I walked out and will never go back to that location.
