I was a little put off when I left the drive through because the young man working it was not friendly at all. Actually came off as annoyed. That in itself wasn’t a reason for a review. But then I get home and open my bags. I’m not sure why the employee thought I wouldn’t notice the burnt portion of my sandwich. I would’ve waited for a redo. Then the ask was for cream cheese on the side. That is indeed cream cheese on the bagel. Not pleased at all with this experience.

I’ve been coming to this location for five years or so. But this morning was the absolute worst experience. I placed a mobile order and I gave them at least 20 minutes to get the food ready. When I arrived to pick it up in the drive-through, they were not busy, I took my food and pulled away and then I checked it. I was missing a bagel. So I pulled back through the drive-through, which again was not busy and I explained to them what happened and whoever was on the speaker, which was a female had a sort of attitude when I explained to them what happened.
I pull around to the window and I explained to the young kid what happened and he was very pleasant. The manager walked over with a bag and sort of flung it to him at which point I asked if I could get a extra cream cheese and I explain to them that on the app it doesn’t give you the option to add cream cheese. With a very sarcastic face and with an attitude, she said it’ll be $1.48. I said just forget it.
Was not busy when I was here, my mobile order was 8962 and it’s probably gonna be a while before I come back to this location. I can understand if it was busy, I can understand if it was my mistake, but it wasn’t. The customer service was just awful from whoever the female in the red shirt was.
In 2024 there are way too many options out here as far as bagels and donuts, my kids wanted Dunkin flavored so I came here. But in the future, they might want to realize all the options people have how they treat people.

My order was right on the receipt but not in the cup! Didn't get the things I requested and paid extra for. When I came back in and told the young lady at the register she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. Didn't even offer to fix it ! So I walked out and will never go back to that location.

They could do better with their staff and knowledge of the products. Lattes are great and so are the blueberry muffins. Wish they had more variety of donuts like sugar raised.
Best Dunkin around!!! They never mess up and in the summer when I order a frozen mocha it actually taste like its made with ice cream instead of ice!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Im a amputee and have no trouble going in, in my wheelchair/crutches!! The floors and parking lot is always free of trash!!

Dylan and Alyssa were working here on Sunday Jan 14th when I stopped in to fuel my wife's caffeine addiction. I got 2 large blacks and half a dozen munchkins. These employees didn't mind me being chatty and smiled the whole time I ranted about my busy day. They followed my instructions and I could tell they had an innate desire to serve people. Hey guys, thanks for kicking it with me and over the course of a year I will be bringing my $1,600.00 in revenue to your place instead of dumb woke starbucks. Mad love dudes.
