Dylan and Alyssa were working here on Sunday Jan 14th when I stopped in to fuel my wife's caffeine addiction. I got 2 large blacks and half a dozen munchkins. These employees didn't mind me being chatty and smiled the whole time I ranted about my busy day. They followed my instructions and I could tell they had an innate desire to serve people. Hey guys, thanks for kicking it with me and over the course of a year I will be bringing my $1,600.00 in revenue to your place instead of dumb woke starbucks. Everytime my girlfriend has gone to get coffee for the past few times and ordered completely dairy free, the coffee she receives has whole milk and whipped cream on top. One time is a mistake, the next couple times are just lazy. What is the point of spending money on a drink and ordering online ahead with specific changes, to get the wrong drink and one that you can’t even drink to begin with?Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Pretty good Dunkin’. I always get what I order, and try to use the app for quicker pickup. The parking lot is usually busy but that’s because this place is so popular. Very convenient if you’re on the west side of town or in the adjacent plaza for other errands. The kids always love the cute holiday themed donuts.

I went through the drive thru today when I went to order the lady kept cutting me off when I was trying to order my food after everything single item I was trying to order she would say pull forward when I wasn’t done ordering even when I told her I am still ordering to the point I couldn’t order everything I needed and decided enough was enough and left may 27th 2023 drive through 10am

They could do better with their staff and knowledge of the products. Lattes are great and so are the blueberry muffins. Wish they had more variety of donuts like sugar raised.
