Went to this Dunkin at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. At least 5 employees. 1 customer waiting for his order and me waiting to buy donuts. I stood for 4 full minutes while being completely ignored. Employees walked by, nobody said they'd be with me soon, nobody waited on me. I guess Dunkin doesn't pay well enough or train properly to get decent employees.

I usually go here every morning and this morning the lady working drive thru was very rude and nasty and saying why are we so busy this morning and just very rude at the window . I understand everyone has a bad day but gheesh customer service was terrible and the food and drinks were terrible . Very upset with service will be going to a different one

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for years, and the older man, middle-aged man, and young mixed girl are always fantastic—professional, friendly, and make my day better. Unfortunately, the older woman in the drive-thru has soured my experience. I’ve overheard her speaking negatively about customers, and I’ve seen her smoking outside multiple times. Her poor attitude has led me to avoid the drive-thru in the mornings. I won’t continue spending money where my business isn’t appreciated. I hope management addresses this issue, as the rest of the staff deserves better.

My friend and I went to grab 2 refreshers, one blueberry blast with lemonade and one golden hour. They were horrid and physically painful to drink! We couldn’t even take a sip of them without being shocked by how sour they were. It seems like the lemonade is the issue since both of ours have it. The workers must have just put lemon juice in them and called it a day. My friend wasted her rewards points on this and now we are both feeling ill. Do not recommend. They should rename these drinks blueberry bust and golden catastrophe.

Did not make the drinks right. Iced Espresso drinks tasted weaker than iced coffee. Other drink is too sweet. Didn’t follow directions. D not waste your money here.

My wife and I usually have coffee in the morning at this establishment. Unfortunately, it's not once, not twice, not three times almost every time we stop by. When we pick up our order, they don't give it to us without the sweetener we asked for. They should pay more attention to that. Sometimes, people just expect a coffee exactly as ordered, like today when the coffee was completely bitter. I don't know if they have a problem with their candy dispensary or practically, some so conscious of their work. And the worst part was today, when the manager personally handed me my coffees, but they were completely bitter. And there are times when they don't even put any coffee in them, just pure cream. We've had them.

I placed a order on my phone to here. It was pouring down rain and i didn't want to hold the line up, so I just took my order home. When there, I ordered a 10 pc. munchkin. First it was not even in a box. and only had 6 munchkins at the bottom of the bag.... I spend a LOT of money picking up orders and Never had a problem.. From now on, I'm holding up the drive thru and check what they give me .... A pissed off customer.....

They did not have a very large selection of donuts. Only one rack of donuts to pick from. It's a small parking lot and not very big inside so when it's busy it is difficult to get in and out. There are bigger/better Dunkins in town.

The donuts are thick n dry . Very much not Krispy Creme.
Employees enery is dry n monotone.
I have yet to find out the hype of why the line is so long I guess the coffee but I'm not a coffee drinkrr.
