The restroom was clean and stocked well.The ladies who work here are awesome and so nice! We got a breakfast burrito and turkey club for later and it held up great and was delicious. ? They even had ketchup chips! The harvest cookie was good- reminded me of granola.Coffee was ok, about what you'd expect for a deli. They were generous with the bacon in the breakfast burrito but it wasn't cooked as crispy as I'd like, eggs were nice and cheesy.

The food is always good. Fresh soup daily. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. They always remember who you came in with and asked about them. It's a family atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back day after day.East Side Deli is the place you go to for a great breakfast and/or lunch. Always clean including the bathroom! You can't go wrong. Overall, they deserve 5 stars!!

The service was excellent. The lady taking my order was very sweet. The food however was absolutely disgusting to the point where I threw most of it away. Other things here may be good, that is unknown to me, however the "po boy" that they sell is not only wildly inauthentic, but it's made with the lowest quality ingredients and (at least mine) was burnt. This burning must have been a theme today, as I also ordered some (as it turns out) burnt onion rings. If this gross food speaks to the quality of anything else, save your money. I'd rather eat almost anything else. Bleh ?
