1. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment in Salisbury, Maryland since they first opened their doors. On my recent visit, I requested a half a chicken dinner with yuca and plantains as sides, specifying that I wanted my chicken well done. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the gentleman had given me a half a chicken of dark meat instead.

Made a honest mistake and placed my order at the wrong location the guy in Salisbury said it’s already made he can’t refund me so I can drive from Pocomoke whenever I want. He said I was rude I cussed him out he continued to cuss me out. Could’ve been avoided with a simple “can I get your name and number for a refund”
